- and tons of Gil to buy around 400 Clear Spheres to delete every non+4 node, every HP 200 node and every MP node that was not 40 from the grid, but the Gil came mostly from these same battles at the Monster Arena, since some foes dropped some very expensive armor that you can sell.
Those are the longest ones, the rest of +4 spheres are a joke to get. If you want more details just let me know.
Of course I did, I picked the Luck grinding, mostly at the (costly) expense of my productivity.

I do know, that's why I said SCEA should remove it. The English version of the Vita app is stuck on 1.0. The Japanese version is well beyond that (3.xx IIRC). Due to some backend changes on Nico Nico, the English app doesn't even work anymore.
inb4 P4G. But yea, besides P4G which is the best scoring game period on vita and is also an RPG, do you like ARPG, JRPG, turn based etc.? There are a bunch of options.
Persona 4 Golden and FFX/X-2 HD are probably what most people would recommend. I also really like Ys, Dragon's Crown, Disgaea, and Demon Gaze.
I feel like giving Demon's Souls another shot. Anyone have tips? Like what class to start with and stuff. I made it through level 1-1 a long time ago but that's the farthest I ever got

Got my account approved, so I'm finally a part of vitaGAF! I've had my Vita for 2 years now, and it's an awesome piece of hardware. It pretty much surpassed the PSP as my all time favorite handheld. I picked up some of the games you guys have been recommending, and can't thank ya'll enough. Tearaway being one of them, was a breath of fresh air. Just beat it, and what a great game it was. Knew it was going to be amazing, but the gimmicks kinda threw me off when I first tried the demo. After playing the full game though, I think they were implemented decently. Damn fine game, and it's a damn shame not too many people bought it.

Plot Twist: Persona 5 is also a rhythm game.
My Vita has been on flight mode since I got it, mostly because I got annoyed at the "No SIM" text. It doesn't affect games at all. In fact, some people in the BL2 thread posted that the game might actually perform better with flight mode on.

Think I'm going to redownload God of War Vita and play either that or Dynasty Warriors 8 for ultimate frame rate hell. Or maybe Limbo so I can be scared of a video game while I'm scared of dying.

! I got a Vita mainly due to the consistent glowing praise the system got on here and am very happy with my purchase (own my Vita since June of last year ). Glad you enjoy Tearaway; it was easily my GOTY last year due to its great controls, wonderful story, charming characters, and just inventive gameplay
. Some games I recommend are Persona 4 Golden, Sly Collection, and Gucamelee. The first game is so recommend here that you must own it by now, but if you don't its a great value; characters that really stick with you, almost perfect pacing, great story, tons of content to play through, really fun combat system and all around solid presentation.
The second is by far the BEST PS3 to Vita port from Sony; great controls, native resolution for all three games, easily trophies for the first two games, and a very stable performance across all three games. The Sly games rock and they still do on Vita
. Lastly, Guacamelee is by far my favorite Indie game on Vita and its due to many reasons. Firstly, the game looks great on the Vita's OLED screen and has a awesome soundtrack. Secondly, the gameplay is great; wonderful mix of combat and platforming that is paced out very well. Lastly, the 'Metroidvaina' aspect of the game really gives it a lot of replay value. It is overall a great game and a must own if you own a Vita or PS3 (as it is on both platforms).

.You really love that game, don't you? Well....it IS Call of Duty on Vita, so....it is at least SOME form of Call of Duty on Vita :l.
Surprised you don't recommend Killzone Mercenary or Unit 13; the former is a great shooter while the latter is a good third person shooter (it even fits well on Vita; missions only take about...3-6 minutes to get through
). Then again, you could just be trolling or something :l.

Just turn off the mobile data toggle and that no Sim text should vanish. At least I think that is what you do.
That said, my Vita pretty much stays in flight mode to save battery life

Flandy likes (almost) all AAA dudebro quality first person shooters. It's just that he especially likes CoD Vita, especially compared to first-party games such as Sleepaway and Time Sacrificed.
I don't think that option existed until a later firmware update. In any case, I still keep it in flight mode to save battery life too.

I can emulate my versions on pcsx2 and i dont like some of the design changes/audio changes so not really down for ffx.
That being said, what about Ateiler? those look rad, never touched them before.
More of a turn based rpg fan, but i like dark souls
Know what games we still don't know the release dates of? Helldivers, Velocity 2X, Hohokum, and Volume. I'd put money down on that being the PS4/Vita PLAY Summer Sale Extravaganza Line-Up. Substitute with surprise games like Android Assault Cactus as needed.

Nice. I'm getting this game and I'll probably convince a friend to get it when he gets a Vita so we can have some co-op fun together.
Speaking of Persona 5 I honestly wonder where direction they are going with it; love playing through P4G and I wonder if the core gameplay/design is going to remain the same or drastically change.... I do remember reading somewhere that the producers of the game will have the setting still take place in a high school and that "people will have to carry their chains (representing by the ball-and-chains attached to the chairs in the teaser picture they showed off) though...
That has to be the game I'm the most excited about
I am thinking though, is this going to be a whole new cast or are they going to use the P3 & P4 cast. Both groups are heavily featured in both the Arena games and Persona Q, so maybe they will continue their story? But I guess that is what the spin-offs are for; expanding the stories of those great characters
Either way I am excited about this and I wonder if they will have something at E3 about Persona 5
I'm very excited for Persona 5 too. 7th gen doesn't end until Atlus says so.
I think they'll keep the core untouched and they'll keep polishing stuff. The jump from 3 to 4 was impresive. The jump from P4 to P4Golden was nice too, especially the changes in the combat system. If they can improve things from that point, I'll be happy. That means:
- Better graphics (if it looks like Catherine... wow)
- I'd like if Social Links could affect the outside world / plot a little more (this already happened in both P3P and P4)
- Better dungeon design (this is the most important thing to improve). From P3 to P4 there already was a improvement.
The Naginata really looks like my future main weapon
Nice release date. I was expecting something around September so it wouldn't overlap with Phantasy Star Nova.
Now those games are >60 days apart from each other.
For Toukiden Kiwami, I expect we'll get it on February like last year. It's a solid release date for this kind of game. Niche games should release outside March/Fall madness if they can.

Considering the deluge of T-K games coming this year, I expect Toukiden Extreme (Kiwani) next year. Unless this becomes a holiday 2014 title.
TK's Vita support is amazing. Toukiden in February, Deception in March, DW8 in April, Atelier Ayesha (June?) and Rorona (Summer?) are coming. Then in Fall there is Samurai and Orochi Warriors and probably Toukiden Kiwami early next year.
It's amazing how many games they're able to release a year when you compare them to the rest of Japan.
Read that as Toukiden Extreme Kawaii. Hmm. I'd buy that.
Ayesha isn't happening yet, rorona is in June and its only digital, shows how much they care for ps vita.

I won't trust T-K with a kawaii title even though they have Gust. It would probably have an insane boob physics attached to a childlike face which would be pretty disturbing.

Yeah I mean, it's not like they bothered to localize the trilogy for the Vita fans.
Most Atelier games on Vita are ports. Userbase is limited. Serie is really niche. Considering those 3 factors, the fact that they are coming is enough for me.
Would love if Tecmo released a "Limited Edition" pack with the full trilogy. I'd like to have a box.
