HRm. What about Dragon Quest XI? I think that'd be bigger than both, and we're due for a DQ announcement sooner or later. And I bet JS knows, he is just playing coy with us. We're on to you...

DQXI would be announced at a Japanese event held by SE.

No hate for Golden Sun, but a few E3's ago, Reggie introduced the DS Golden Sun by saying something like "here's an RPG from a series fans have been asking about for years," and for a brief moment thought it was Mother 3. Now every time I see or hear about Golden Sun, I think about that moment. I don't want them to sweep in and steal my potential joy again.

Hate all of you for getting my hopes up. Granted, I've never played Majora's Mask so I'm sure I'll be happy when it is announced, but if Nintendo actually gave us a new 2D Metroid, I wouldn't know what to do.
 
Ill probably be in the minority but here is my list for 3DS games
  • Super Mario 3D world 2
  • Metroid
  • Yarn Yoshi 3DS (very slim chances here)
 
I would cry if it's a Mother 3 release. My heart nearly stopped when it was mentioned out of nowhere in the Digital Event.
 
I can't see them spending 90 minutes on a Majora's Mask port.

What about a sequel to Majora's Mask, though? We got ALBW from a similar project, after all.

Really though, I'd be surprised to see three Zelda's on 3DS already, not to mention Hyrule Warriors coming on Wii U this year. I'm going with Metroid or a new IP.
 
I still think it's MM. And I know some wonder why you'd talk about a remake for 90 mins, but they did also finally announced a new Zelda for Wii U, so it's possible they could just do some general talk about the franchise or something as well.

NINTENDO!!!!! You motherfuckers done messed it all up earlier. You had over 200K people watching your Smash tourney. Everyone was happy, everyone was hyped, everyone was excited and in a great mood. That would have been the prefect time to announce anything, especially anything Smash or Zelda related. But no, you just left our dicks just sitting there. Hard as fuck, throbbing and ready to go. But no. Big ole NOPE. No pussy, no action, not even a lick. I mean...REALLY!?!?!

I'm serious. I will be royally pissed if Nintendo doesn't have something big (read: Majora's fucking Mask) planned for tomorrow. They do a lot of things right but still manage to do some thoroughly, stupid, inept bullshit.

Nintendo is not obligated to give you access to their clitoris.
 
Zelda Williams said it was her own mask on Twitter. Who knows what's going on. I still think MM3D is the likeliest announcement, Metroid on the other hand I think is not happening. Just a feeling, but it doesn't seem like the right time.
 
Wow...if Nintendo announces Metroid for the 3DS there will be no doubt in my mind that they have won this years E3.
 
It isn't Dragon Quest VII or Majora's Mask.

The description of the event says "A presentation and Q&A session for a “new game for Nintendo 3DS”. No streaming announced for this event either. Siliconera will be at this event, too."

It even says that the game is a "new game". Neither of these games are new, they're remakes.
