When it is game breaking yes. I borrowed Oblivion on ps3 from a friend and that game froze a lot that is game breaking and bad. But bayonetta is perfectly playable. Of course it is better on the xbox360 but still works fine on ps3. I can agree on the experience being hampered that is true. But The major difference between bad and best action game ever just because of the framerate feels just wrong. I have been in those DmC threads i did not play the new DmC and yes it is better but its not making it bad or unplayble only hampared that. I just disagree with that games becoming bad. If a game is good its good and can only get better with a better framerate.
