Trolling us until the end?...

This E3 did its job. I haven't felt this much excitement for the Wii U, ever. Not a single fucking doubt in my mind about owning one in the future now that I know it won't be my glorified Zelda playing machine.

So no high quality Zelda U trailer? Even if it's just the same clip I'd like to see it in high quality 720p at least ;(

This was amazing. Thank you Nintendo for an incredible E3 experience. I feel like I just finished an engrossing book or show and now I totally feel empty lol :(

Treehouse had a ton of great moments to list but he Hyrule legenda from today was absolutely hilarious. Giant robot from ytd and splatoon feeds werr also awesome.

Im gonna miss streaming and Gaffing/programming/drawing at the same time side by side.

The treehouse stream was great and sold me on practically every game shown, so props to the team! Totally dominated my attention the entire E3.

I see it..... FUCK, you can't do this to me

The Majora teasing is just evil at this point. Nintendo found trolling and they embraced it.

Edit: I just realised that maybe Nintendo's testing the waters to see how they would fare outside of E3 alltogether. The Treehouse stream made the showfloor footage from different websites completely irrelevant for a lot of people.

I think it goes without saying that the Treehouse Live concept was a rousing success. I really hope they bring it back soon, and especially next E3. I have a lot of excitement for the WiiU platform new after these 3 days. I don't know about anyone else, but I was talked into several games I was on the margins of after watching the developers really get into them.

Oh, and Captain Freaking Toad!

I hear this Goldeneye 64 game was kind of popular

Nintendo does have an image, but as long as they can play off a game as innocent, lighthearted fun, it won't hurt their image. Goldeneye was violent, but violence alone can still gel with Nintendo's image. Problem is, Devil's Third is more than just violent.

They have Bayonetta wearing Peach's dress. It's a brave new world. And the fact that Aonuma encouraged them to remove the undershirt for the Link costume.

Thank you very much. Just wish it was among the press material too :(

Are the Treehouses archived at all?

They are slowly putting the sessions on YT. You can go on their twitch channel and check there as well.

I just wanna say that I really liked the way Nintendo demo'ed their games. It's so different form all the other publishers. Most of them built demos meant to be showed off on stage for 10 minutes or so, full of flashy set pieces and gameplay scenarios that would never occur in a normal play session.

Nintendo just put chunks out from the game and didn't try to mask anything. It's so much more genuine and believable.

Yep.
Another thing I loved was that the daily live streamed Treehouse video was accessible on youtube at all times, so you could rewind the stream as it played!

This needs to go in the "best pics of E3" thread
