Jonathan Pearce is broken
This is what im wondering, the tech is for tv only right?, ref dont give a fuck, correct?
In a second, Pearce is going to say Hypnodisc has beaten Chaos 2
You can't see the line or the front half of the ball in that shot.
Literally a watch with a display that says 'goal'apparently ref's got a gadget connected to that tech, that indicates whether it's a goal or isn't.

Supporters sections should be allowed a max of two drums. Nothing else. Ever.beep beep beepbeepbep
This is a pretty fair point. If this match was being played in Berlin I'd be a lot less skeptical of the new tech.

That's stupid, they should show what was shown on TV. No wonder they were ranting.

No drop in image quality is worse than sticking with the witte Chinees. Switching over myself right now.
Did the same. Its like going to the Ps3 version of Bayonetta, but its much better than having to endure Arno.

There's a million cameras around the stadium, you see the commentators reviewing it all the time for offside with precision.......
That only makes it clearer that it's a goal, if you fixed the angle the ball would look even more to the left of the post. You can't see the line or the front half of the ball in that shot.
Seems to me that the commentators saw the first 'No Goal' graphic, took their eyes off the TV to look at the players reaction - Pearce said the Hondurans were going ape shit - and missed the following 'Goal' graphic. Did they only show the CG graphic once?
What the fuck is wrong with these nets, the ball hits the side netting and comes back.
Apparently the ref receives feedback from the goal-line technology so he had to concede.
Oh what the hell, this changes everything.apparently ref's got a gadget connected to that tech, that indicates whether it's a goal or isn't.
not yet, no. but at least they've reached France's half again.Has Honduras had any shots on goal?
Sporza to the rescue! HD and no arno!
Channel 26 on Ziggo thingie
You can but that's not what I'd call "clear". I'm not saying it's definitely not a goal but I haven't seen a good enough angle. Match was over before the half anyway.Uhh given that the line is going in a fairly predictable direction can't you fill in the blank spot and assume where the line is?
