Yeah but you couldn't do it with the technology the goal lines or Hawkeye in tennis has because they require something (the ball with a sensor) to pass a fixed point. You'd need sensor lines on the players and shit

Seems to me that the commentators saw the first 'No Goal' graphic, took their eyes off the TV to look at the players reaction - Pearce said the Hondurans were going ape shit - and missed the following 'Goal' graphic. Did they only show the CG graphic once?
