I've been a member since 2007, and I'm here off and on. I lurk mostly, post sometimes, and other times go weeks or months without logging on.

There are names l remember of guys/gals that posted on here all the time, yet have disappeared. Where are they? Maybe everyone knows and I'm just outta the loop, but I'm curious to know what became of these names:

Gaborn
Timedog
Constanta
Derrick

And more too...there was that guy who was really into movies- worked in Hollywood I think and was always arguing about movies...can't remember his name.

Any great stories here?

No, not him. This guy was a big Paul Verhoven fan...was very harsh to people who he considered stupid. Wish I could remember his name! Definitely wasn't Whitta though...

-jinx- was cool. He was a mod for a while. Really smart and friendly guy, and I think he changed his username to dilbert-something at some point but I'm pretty sure I haven't seen him in a really long time, unless he's hiding under a different username.

This was back in 2004ish - 2008ish or so.

Why would he do that?

I think his posts were very critical of a lot of Star Wars content. It probably looked bad that it was announced he was writing a new movie and at the same time, has GAF posts pooping all over the previous entries.

Edit: I hate using Manabyte's site as a source but he posted some of Whitta's deleted posts. He called Revenge of the Sith "fan fiction".
