Belgium will have to play a lot better than that if they want to do well in this tournament.

They're lucky they're in a fairly easy group.

TBH they were up against a wall. It's often easier to play a good game of football when both sides go for it and the players have more space to do their thing.

Hulk isn't playing and Hephaestus as a winger for Brazil, Willian is more sited to replace him than Ramirez IMO

... The point of my post was that Algeria is a weak team and i believed that Belguim were going to totally crush them, but again they showed better game than expected, that's imo of course.

they didn't play great but the second half was an improvement. Dries Mertens changed the game completely when he came on.

It's also difficult to play "well" against 10 men in the box.... but they got the win ugly or not and that's expected.

Yeah there was no reason to start Dembele and Witsel together against Algeria. Against tougher opponents who will look to maintain possession sure. Benteke would have been a huge improvement over Lukaku, he was dreadful. Never seen him look so slow and immobile.
