whoa, any source on this? Everything I see online is just about him crying during the anthem, but not the cause of his sorrow. In any case, that's devastating if true, and major respect for him by playing in such dark personal times.

As an Arsenal fan, I would say he is world class when he is playing in the position that he likes, but is often asked to play in positions he is not comfortable in. There are very few players in the world who can completely dominate a team and are capable of performing a piece of magic like Rooney.
