This guy knows whats up. Welcome to the Genie Army d+pad! :D

Now, I wouldn't say I'm quite ready to join the Genie Army, LuuKyK, but I definitely think she's the "real deal" and I look forward to seeing more of her in the coming years. Same with Muguruza and some of the other younger women who've done well as of late (though I'm not yet sure what I think of Keys). I also like Halep, but I'm not entirely ready to join her "army" either -- as short players always seem to have a tough time competing with taller, stronger girls/ladies in the long run, in my experience. Anyway, I guess what I'm saying is I'm ready for an interesting Wimbledon, especially on the women's side :)

Halep is the real deal dude. Train has already left the station, but you can still catch up to if you leave now. And she's not THAT short. Justine Henin was about 3" shorter than her and Justine was a dragon slayer, and multiple slam winner.

My Aussie predictions:

1. Dellacqua posts a better result that Stosur
2. Matosevic out first round against Verdasco
3. Tomic easily beats Donskoy but out in second round against Berdych
4. Hewitt wins first match against Pryzsiezny out in a 4 setter against Janowicz next round
5. Saville makes round 3
6. Groth wins against Dolgopolov but out second round.
7. Ebden makes round 3
8. Duckworth out against Gasquet first round
9. Kyrgios beats Robert and then out against Gasquet in second round
10. Gajdosova out against Voegele first round
11. Stosur out against Wozniacki

Konta-Peng

This is a typical reason why Toiletbreaks and injury breaks should not be allowed in tennis. They will abuse it and use it to get an advantage!

Konta lost 1st set, then decided to take a toiletbreak and have Peng sit and wait..

I hate it when they make it so obvious.

I'm always happy each year when Wimbledon rolls around. It reminds me of summer break as a teenager, and getting to watch each morning.

Would love to see Federer pull one more title out of his hat this year.

I'm with you on both points! I loved watching Wimbledon during the summer as a kid.

I'm the same, but it's the Australian Open that reminds me of Summer break. That would always be the peak of Summer for me, and it still kind of is. :/ Wimbledon is during cold, shitty winter for me, and I watch in the dark of the night. Quite the contrast.

Haven't watched much tennis this year, is this Dimitrov hyped up? I like his shot variation

Many are waiting for him to have a big breakthrough. He's one of the younger players who has been expected to make something of himself.

Damn. What country are you in? Summer here in America is June/July/August.

Are you unaware that seasons are half-a-year offset in the southern hemisphere? Christmas comes at the height of Summer.

I believe Dommo is Australian, but don't quote me on that.

My Donald Young to the 4th round prediction isn't looking so hot right now. Benjamin Becker hasn't done shit since sending Andre Agassi into retirement. Nearly 10 years later he's rolling over Dolan Young
