It was deserved (harsh but deserved).
Just like Suarez deserved a red and Chiellini deserved one for flopping every 3 seconds and crying like a little bitch all the time, just to kill the game (excessive diving is a yellow/red)
Suarez is a real sack of shit. Biting people on the pitch. Making racist remarks on the pitch. Blocking goal scoring shots with his hand. Just an all round unpleasant person. Sad thing is, he's really talented at playing the actual game too, but he seems to want people to remember him for his displays of inhumanity instead.

It's just a bummer really. Im glad that Suarez is in our side, and he's world class, but ffs.
I don't much care for what people focus after matches cause drama is the first thing that goes wide, but it is a shame to have such idiotic behaviour taint stuff like this.

As someone who has watched American BBall, Football and Hockey his whole life the idea that a player could get away with such childish shit for this long without any repercussion either through the league(s), refs or by another player is odd.
I was kind of expecting the victims teammates to go straight goon on that guy and try and beat the shit out of him. But in all these GIFs no one really seems to fight back.

See, right then and there someone on the other team needs to deliver a cleat to the face of Suarez. Not really, but geez, get in the mans face and throw some hard fouls at him so he gets the lesson.
The handball itself might not compare to the rest of it, but how he behaved there was a clear extension of his terrible mentality on a whole. Not only did he have no qualms with breaking the rules, but he was unrepentant, and knowing that his illegal actions resulted in victory after Ghana missed the penalty, he had no problems with celebrating openly. He's a sick, sick man.
He might not be acting there. The teeth marks are pretty visible, so he must have bitten pretty hard on the guy. Lol.
