See, right then and there someone on the other team needs to deliver a cleat to the face of Suarez. Not really, but geez, get in the mans face and throw some hard fouls at him so he gets the lesson.

Doesn't work that way in soccer. If someone did that, it's a red card and they're out of the match then and there and their team is down a man for the rest of the game. Retaliation off the field is the only way it could work.

It doesn't work like the NFL where you can retaliate against someone easily enough when everyone is piled up. Everyone is spread out in soccer and it would be very obvious.

That's what pisses me off. After a match, the ref should have to watch the match, any fouls (or dives especially) that are missed during the game should be dealt with then.
