It's never stopped. Instead, the referee just adds extra time to each half so it doesn't really matter.

Mid-90s is not the end of the world. Lots of American sports teams (especially down south) play in that kind of heat with high humidity. It's hot, but the players aren't going to melt.

120s, on the other hand, is a bigger problem and Qatar should have never gotten the Cup.

lol, we already play regularly in heat that exceeds what the Dutch and Mexicans are playing in right now. In much of the US 30 degrees C is a very mild summer day. 36/37 C is not uncommon at all.
