Billions on the stadium and the engineers still couldn't find a way to prevent that giant shade on the pitch?
The stadium wasn't engineered to have matches at 1pm.

And lose again.

Technically it's on cable tv here so they are. I think the national tv comment was similar to what we call over air/network tv. Not all games are aired on this.
Switzerland should have scored. You only get a few opportunities against the top teams. They're probably going to pay in the second half.

Is Romero really the best goalkeeper Argentina have? Don't they have a huge talent pool to choose from? Looks like Messi will have to carry this game again.

Really? Every game is on National TV in the states. I thought Europeans liked soccer.
at least they don't style on us (...yet)
that's okay.
Univision shows all the games OTA, here at least.
Just France selling their ass to Qatar. We can watch some games but if you wanna see all of them you gotta pay for Bein Sports. Same thing for basketball, I had ESPN before and motherfuckers took over and ESPN is no longer available here.
Not to mention after the worldcup there won't be any games at this time of day again. The spectators on one side are probably thankful for it:

Bein Sports is the worst.
No. There are better even within our borders. But, he is having quite a good wc compared to his inability to hold a ball in the qualifiers.

The Swiss is parked at their goal yet Argentina is trying to pass the ball against all those red shirts lol...take some shots at the top of the box..
Well the sun moves so not much you can do about shade since the location will constantly change year round. My biggest flaw with this stadium is the upper tiers behind the goals. During night games it seems like the lights are in front of these seats leaving the sections extremely dark. It's almost like they are viewing from outside the stadium. Not sure if anyone else noticed this.

messi is creating all the chances and other strikers are not scoring. its time for Messi to stop passing and start shooting himself
And people said Germany-Algeria was boring.
Who said that? And people said Germany-Algeria was boring.
I can't watch the game yet, how close was the first half?
Thread is moving at a glacial pace. I supposed it's due to a lack of USA GAF not posting Freedom gifs and pics everywhere.
Can't wait for the onslaught.
Americans of course.Who said that?
This match is boring so far. Need USA and the tears when they get kicked out today. *evil-grin*
