Strange as it seems, teams have played worse and lost by considerably less. Scorelines like these are freak occurrences, but they do happen. Sometimes it's just a perfect storm and shit happens. Though it's not usually in a World Cup semi-final inflicted upon the host nation. That's the real kicker here.

This was the best for me to watch but of course, I take no pride in the anguish by the team/fans. Still bittersweet for Germany.

Overall I might dislike German team but that was a stunning performance. Breathtaking spectacle. In this match they played like nobody else had played this World Cup. Germany dominated the field and not with cheap tricks, but a beautiful showcase of football.
Though well, now I'm afraid of what comes next.

Well Sabella almost won against the best team in history (Barcelona 2008-2011) with a shitty team (Estudiantes). He isn't getting blown the fuck out like this. Even if Argentina doesn't win against Netherlands it won't be by a score like this.
