Just remember 1 thing German fans, don't get too caught up in this win. There is 1 left and you must respect and expect more from either the Netherlands or Argentina. This isn't a given. 7-1 ain't happening again.

At the second, sad at the predicament.
At the... barrage, I was amused by the absolute inadequacy of a team that made it to a semi-final playing at home. Germany played what Brazil was supposedly known for. And they were magnanimous in their supremacy, even containing themselves in celebrating the goals. Congrats to Klose for getting the record broken.
I'm feel sad only for those poor people back home whose life draws so much meaning from the game, as exemplified by that old man hugging the cup that was shown multiple times on the broadcast. Those guys I'm sad for.

Well, I wanted Germany to win since Brazil kicked out Colombia but this game was just hard to watch. A pretty boring semi-final. Would love Argentina to win tomorrow, but Nertherlands has been strong. If they lose, they won't lose as badly as Brazil.
lol, just noticed that now? GAF has a huge boner for anything Asian related. I remember someone posting good looking hispanic fans in the previous world cup thread, a gaffer told them to take them down to make the thread more sfw so he did. i still cant believe this happened! i mean i am happy cuz i root for germany, but it was so brutal! and in their home ground ;__; by the fourth goal i was wishing for mercy for the brazilians, but the germans just kept at it. it was like watching a train wreck or hulk toying with loki or something. i watched from behind my palms >___<

I don't know, maybe it's just me (and you) but I also don't think Germany played especially good. It's just Brazil was so bad, germany had no real problem coming through. After the first two goals it looked like a practice match. No pressure from Brazil, no real attempts to defend or break German offensives. GER was playing well studied routines, but nothing out of the ordinary.
And I'm not saying Germany isn't able to do that, after the first 2 or 3 goals their was really no need to start risky plays, but I would contribute most of the German goals to Brazils inability to react to anything Germany put against them. It really reminded me of the 8:0 game against Saudi Arabia. They were so stunned after the first couple of goals, they froze and failed to get into the game

I agree on all accounts. Personally, I'm way more attached to amateur Brazilian athletes and my club than to this squad, but it's already hard as fuck on me, so I can't imagine how hard it is on people who live for this.
Also, for my Brazilian fellows: amei a propaganda do Bradesco que começou a rolar agora dizendo "Agora é BRA", começando o hype das Olimpíadas, hahaha.
