When I try under my EU account, I get an error.

You need to set your PS4 as primary for your EU account in order to play the EU content on other accounts on that PS4.

Downloading and installing isn't the big issue from what it looks like (Took two-three minutes for both). It's after booting up the game and the game content transfer that's going to hit people hard.
