The same thing happened to me-- just be really persistent spamming the view downloads bar in the PSN store. And you may get error-booted a view times when you get to the download as well (sucks :/). Just keep trying.

As much as I like to crap on the hot SEN store for being terrible often, the error message you're getting in the client is because Bungie/Activisions servers are melting. At least for me the download is working fine. (You can check in the information of the Destiny tile)

You need to set your PS4 as primary for your EU account in order to play the EU content on other accounts on that PS4.

You only need to restore the licence to start it. However it says in game that the network is not reachable... Is it just because it gets hammered?

Not for me. The game file was 14 GB at first and changed to 179 MB. I have loaded the 179 MB and it takes me into the Beta. But now it won't connect to PSN when I press X to connect. I don't know if I got the right download.

Edit: it isn't in my download list but when I go to the Destiny Beta information it says Download Status: 530/12 GB. The size says 15 GB.
