Asked this in the main thread didnt get an answer.

I gave an extra code to my friend. He redeemed it and received a message that says:
Not available for purchase, you need to own Destiny. Or something close to that.

Anyone run into this?

My install (the install the happens ingame) is stuck at fucking %23 percent while playing john williams esque ET ripoff music. It says "transferring game content)
 
My eye sight is a mess and got a PS4 code from a gentleman which I told him to give away again. If anyone has a Ps3 code please send me a PM. Thanks in advance.
