Looks like there might be more, as it seems to be part of a Summer campaign of some sort. There's some 3rd-party game on sales too, but they're not VC.

Not that they're precisely great deals, but...

Please, NoA. Please.

EDIT: Well, no, looking at this again it's no big loss if we don't get it. We definitely could use more frequent discounts, tho, Europe is currently having Earthbound 40% off IIRC.

I just noticed Super Mario Kart is available everywhere but North America
What the actual fuck, Nintendo?

That's... not much of a discount. No surprise coming from Nintendo, though.

Yeah. It's been out in Japan for more than a year now. Nintendo's Virtual Console approach is fucking baffling.

i didn't know super mario kart was available. maybe i'll pick it up to defuse my rage at blue shells cheating me out of 150cc 3-star tournaments

Some of these games were part of that 30 yen promotion too.

What? Didn't US had that promotion where you get a 5 dollar discount on MK8 if you bought SMK?
That was Europe and it was SMK cost discount on MK8. Problem was buying download codes outside of the eShop exceeded the discount offered by the SMK cost.

I got a Wii U recently and I was amazed at how fucking expensive these like.. what..20 year old games are. They ask 7.50 euros for some, they should be free or like a euro max. And I saw Fifa 2013 (or 2014) for 70 euros on there. Happy I don't play Fifa.

They should have a permanent discount on everything instead of sales.

Getting discounts on games we don't even have yet!
As a European watching Atlus USA put SMTIV on sale for the 13th time, I know how you feel.

Question; do ever go on Amazon look at the DVD or blu-ray section and go "I can't believe these 50 year old movies cost so much".

Also, Earthbound is €10 :P, currently 40% off so €6. When you compare how much the carts cost the VC isn't terrible value but I'm sure most people would be happier with a 30 games for $30 approach that SEGA tends to take though and I would certainly like to see more tiered pricing (Urban Champion should not cost the same as SMB3) and promotions.

As for Fifa. It was Fifa 13 (might not even be that engine though). EA gave up on WiiU a long time ago. 3rd parties set the price of their games. At this point EA just don't care (or would rather no sales than give 30% to Nintendo). The 3DS versions of Fifa have a fate worse than death. Legacy Edition (i.e. no engine updates just player names and shirts).

Don't have Amazon in Holland, but all other sellers here are way cheaper. Or at least the normal 50 euros for full games for the most part.
