I know that theoretically SM3L is my breaks between my plethora of RPG/Adventure Games but I've just started staring at my games wandering what to play recently.

Also, yes, at this point, I still despise everything Mario. But the same buddy I borrowed the 3DS from said this after I traded Kirby in and asked for platformer recommendations.

If you have to force yourself to play a platformer, play Super Mario 3D Land for 3DS. It is the faith restoring unique inventive entry of the series.

So here I am at the start screen (it's been paused here while I was writing this entire post) willingly playing the first Mario game I've ever played (non-cooperatively) in about a decade. Kirby didn't deliver on my return to Nintendo's old popular IP, so let's see if Mario can work his mysterious Italian magic.

It's been B and Y since Super Mario World. But I think there was an option to change that in NSMBU.

I did not hate playing it.
I may have cracked a few smiles that may have been caused by having fun.

EDIT: So despite all logic, Be Ball has an even worse name in English: Chew Man Fu.

Apparently the translation was very much a "me so solly" type of thing as well.

It wasn't released on any VC anywhere yet. I don't know if there's anything holding it back, I don't remember any licenses in it and as far as I know no third party developer was involved.

This would be a huge pain as you'd have to call nintendo and hope they will allow this. As of right now it's best to either sell the codes or buy yourself a Wii u

Weird week coming up on the Wii U Virtual Console in Japan: Mysterious Murasame Castle, Mega Man Battle Chip Challenge, some SFC interactive novel (Otogiriso?) and Neutopia II and something called Be Ball on PC Engine.

So, really, a bunch of crap we'll never see and a Mega Man game I personally have zero interest in. Any chance we get Murasame Castle as an import? Those Euros already have it on 3DS.

EDIT: So despite all logic, Be Ball has an even worse name in English: Chew Man Fu.

I really want Murasame Castle, be it on 3DS or Wii U. I hope we get it in NA eventually. I've thought about importing the Famicom Mini GBA cart but am holding off for now.

I don't think there's anything not legitimate about your complaints about NOA, I think people just become impatient when they're repeated. It doesn't bother me either way personally, just an observation. Perhaps if you expounded on them or talked about other things in this thread he would stop giving you a hard time. (He's obviously totally wrong about Galaxy, though. And broccoli.)

Someone pointing out your insistent NOA bashing (which I have little opinion on - you're right, he's right that you post it too much, he's wrong for pointing it out, you're wrong for thinking it's that bad, it all evens out) also has no bearing on whether or not someones opinion can be considered "legitimate".

I believe Heroes of Ruin is a Dungeon Crawler. Sucks not a lot of people bought it as it has online multiplayer as well. Kind of like a Diablo lite.
