Lip and by extension Mike Jones are going to be the rung under trophy this time around just because they're a part of my big three (two now).

Not exactly an item, but certain assist trophies were unlockable in Brawl. That being the case, I don't think unlockable items is too crazy of an idea to happen.

Now they are going to be assist trophies or trophies. We will see tomorrow morning. If we got them in the picture. ITS YOUR FAULT! :P

If any other FE character gets in, I think Anna deserves it the most since she has apperead in almost all FE games and is pretty much the emblem of the series next to Marth. Plus, she'll bring female representation and I'm sure they could work out her moveset.

I definitely agree with you. It'd be a slap to the face going from the first third party character ever in a smash game to a trophy that has no impact to actual gameplay whatsoever.

As much as I'd love Snake as DLC, I really can't see it happening. I don't know how licensing works, but I don't see Nintendo going out of their way to license Snake without getting something in return.

The problem of course is that a lot of leaks have the same info or similar info. For instance, Bowser Jr. has been in so many leaks because he's a fan favorite.

Plus trying to keep track of them all would be almost impossible for me. I can't even keep track of what characters are supposedly leaked!
 
What's going to be insane is when Sakurai manages to post something that hasn't been discussed tonight. Because it's a free-for-all right now.

I'll throw my hat in and say pls let's see Ivysaur and Squirtle returning. Pls Sakurai.
 
A) So are we at the point where we talk about literally ANYTHING Smash related so that when today's POTD shows up someone can claim they predicted it :P

B) I don't have any particular affinity for Snake but I thought he was a neat addition to the roster and hope he's back :)

C) I'm sure the Game Explain videos were already posted a while back so I won't repost them but did anybody post D1's breakdown for the Pac-Man and Palutena trailers?
