I have a feeling IGN does, their announcements and interviews around E3 had spot-on guesses iirc. (IIRC, during E3 2013 there was an interview about Pac-Man where the interviewer asked about Pac-man and guessed his final smash correctly. During E3 2014, they guessed Miis, Palutena, and Pac-man would be revealed.)

True, but still. IGN got info last year on Pokemon before release that (accidentally) leaked, it wouldn't surprise me if they knew stuff beforehand on Smash, and I doubt IGN would intentionally leak said stuff.
