Ugh, I need this game NOW. I cannot wait to play as Palutena, and oddly, I think the character I'm actually most excited about trying is Pac-Man. Just seeing him in makes me really happy since they went with his timeless design and seems like he's been executed awesomely.
Dedicated Nintendo Directs tend to focus on just that one game. A Smash Bros. character reveal would probably be a bigger deal than anything else shown in the Direct, and that's not what Nintendo wants when promoting Hyrule Warriors.

Yes! I can't wait to speed around the stage with his new dash with Bowser. It's about time he got reworked and given the respect he deserves. Still a shame about his Final Smash staying the same. I just hope it's more powerful, but by the looks of it it's still very difficult to guarantee kills especially on larger stages.
I love using DK from time to time as well, his new changes are going to be fun to use in matches. Not too annoyed that he kept his old FS since I always had rhythm in my soul anyway, and there's those handy markers nowadays. Would've been cool if you hit every one perfectly it gets bigger and bigger, eventually to the point where it could cover New Pork City, and on the final note the knockback is really strong or something for doing it without fault.
Only a month or so until we know the final roster, and two months until the game is within our grasps.

I'm not sure if it was mentioned earlier at all but has anyone figured out exactly wtf Milotic is doing on a stage with Zekrom/Reshiram?
I realized too that a golden Milotic Statue is in the Parfum Palace in XY, which has Resh/Zek statues in the garden out back...hmm

So I'm going to be ordering a Japanese 3DSLL (XL) to stream Smash Bros. a bit early, planning on getting the game overnighted.
Been taking donations on my stream this week and have already hit $300 (which is super shocking and unexpected since I'm a small timer.)
Do you guys think this is a good idea? Will it help me get exposure? People seem to like me and I've almost doubled in a week size wise (1000 to 1800 followers), just getting exposure has been the hard part. Big boost from Pokemon XY streaming w/ rare Pokemon giveaways.
Also, did we ever figure out what that Wii U icon is for on the menu screen?

But seriously though that's how I want Ness to be revealed. It fits. They have things in common!
They're both characters from JRPG games, and they both had some difficulty seeing western releases! (Mother's 1 and 3 never got officially localized and Xenoblade almost shared the same fate before it came to North America).

For example he can now target and grab specific characters and is less reliant on pre-determined attacks. We alluded to his existence as a boss during the Nintendo Direct in April and it seems many of you caught on!"
