lol
I was thinking Totoro would be a good palette cleanser after Clockwork Orange. Whereas Grave of the Fireflies just sends you into a deep depression.
Follow up the trifecta with Requiem for a Dream for a taste of the fringes of suicide.

Not a bad idea but I'd pair Totoro with Grave of the Fireflies. Don't skip out on Clockwork Orange though.
Or watch 2001 and go out and buy all the books and realise how sometimes, just sometimes, the movie is better than the book it was based on.You should definetly watch Jaws and shawshank, and then read a clockwork orange and every philip k. dick book.

That might be a little too much phallic imagery for one evening.Follow up the trifecta with Requiem for a Dream for a taste of the fringes of suicide.
My most watched film ever is Twister. Saw it in the cinema at release when I was 12, and probably 20+ times in the last 18 years.
I think Patrick would want some words with Dan about his opinion on the Blair Witch Project

The Blair Witch Project terrified me as a child.
But you have to remember, it was sort of the first of its kind. I remember newspapers being confused if it was real or not.
It was so built up. So hyped. And it delivered.
But, you go back to it. And there is pretty much nothing scary about it in the slightest.
Brad and Dan are going to be on The Lobby in about 2 and a half hours. http://www.gamespot.com/videos/rogue-legacy-the-swapper-the-lobby/2300-6420616/

Mary's great. One of the few GS staffers who aren't afraid of letting their personalities shine through - she even knows her segment on The Lobby is total bullshit and jokes through it while Danny takes the piss.Having Brad and Dan on is interesting. Maybe they are returning a favour for some GS members coming on this week's Bombcast. I'd be very happy if Mary Kish was on today's Bombcast, she is right up there with Danny as one of the top Gamespot staffers.
Dan is right
Wrestling > assassin creed
Collect all 100 low-hanging fruits.Yeah, but everything is better than Assassin's Creed. That's some low-hanging fruit right there.

Totally. Tried watching Spirited Away and couldn't get into it at all. Didn't bother with any others. Sometimes I wonder if Japanese media is put on a pedestal just because it's Japanese.I'm with you on Studio Ghibli. I saw Princess Mononoke and that was it for me. I had closed the tab when the audio started playing, so I was sad I couldn't listen it. Thank you!
