I've never watched my little pony so I can't really make a judgement on it, but it's a kids show and I have no interest in watching it. I've heard my cousin watching it and it gave me a headache though.


It's more of the fanbase I have a problem with based on meeting some of them in real life as well as the way the more obsessed ones conduct themselves online.

This is why one should never be mean to others. You never know where they're at mentally, however they may seem on the outside.

Not that anyone was mean to Robin. Depression is just terrible.

Bored. So I'm just gonna make some "fake leaks" retroactively before the time of Rosalina's reveal.

Hey all. I have some juicy Smash tidbits for you, but I'll be as vague as possible to make things more interesting. It's gonna be a long year, so savor these tidbits. What's my source? Ha! Not telling.

1. Someone leaked 6 characters prior to E3 2013. You should believe them.
2. There's an intergalactic newcomer. And this character has a puppet master playstyle with help from some adorable friends.
3. A newcomer from post 1 has a neat meter bar right above their percentage. Charge it up and you might get an instant K.O.
4. Some characters will break free from their down-b's. And some... are cut.
5. This veteran will have a new toy to play with: jet boots!
6. Even angels have someone to answer to and this newcomer will get the largest stage.
7. There's a nifty 3DS-exclusive mode. Run. Smash. Run. Smash. Rinse. Repeat. Fight!
8. Besides Villager and Wii Fit Trainer and Mii's, there is at least one more newcomer whose gender you can choose. Human character.
9. There are a couple of Pokemon XY stages. Milotic makes an appearance in one!
10. Paper Mario gets a nifty stage, as will Balloon Fight, some new Nintendo game that doesn't allow same-sex relationships, and your favorite yellow circle has two nifty stages.
11. This newcomer has a killer scarf... but not really.
12. Last newcomer is a clone. Sorry. But at least being a clone makes sense here. Pair with post 8.
13. You thought this person would be a newcomer in place of this veteran? Ha! The character model will be in the game... as someone's Final Smash. Pair with post 8 and 12.
14. You thought this person would be a newcomer. Ha! Enjoy that revival mini-game because all you'll be getting is an Assist Trophy!

Poor guy needed someone he could talk to. You never know what a person is going through sometimes.

I see you quoted me before I corrected a typo. I meant to say, "One should -never- be mean to others," not "ever."

Regarding whether he needed someone to talk to -- depression can be a chemical imbalance. He probably needed more than talk. But yeah, if he had been able to articulate what he was feeling, maybe more people would've realized the severity. Or maybe it was just something that comes and goes, and when it hit particularly hard, he didn't have the presence of mind to rough it out.

Whatever the case, it's a horrible loss, and I'd say that of anyone. But certainly, it feels closer to home when it's someone who made me laugh as a child.
 
I found "talking to people", even if they were proffessionals, to not be much help when dealing with my depression, different people just deal with it in different ways - it ended up making me worse a couple of times.


I'd like to think if Robin just needed someone to talk to, he would have been able to find what he needed.

I think the important takeaway is that you never know what battle someone else is fighting, so assume the best in people and do no harm. That type of thing is said often, but I think people often forget it's true.

At first I read "talking to people" as "talking to you people" and I went uh-oh.
