I take it you'd be fine with taking the blame as well in the name of blackmailing the police?
Didn't say I was okay with what Anon is doing, just stating that it does in fact put more pressure on the PD to be more forthcoming.

What would you like him to say?You know he is.
He'll tell the negroes to sing negro spirituals, mention the obligatory police "bad apples", try to get people to focus on "healing and calm", say nothing about police posing as military troops, may even try to get people to trust police again... I don't know.
I hope I'm wrong.
Oh, you're totally right. I think getting mad is probably the alternative to what I would do otherwise, which is just be really really sad.
Ugh.
So...what did you say?
I know there's some within Anonymous that want to help. But with what they do, they need 100% confirmation before throwing possible innocent names out there.
That's how it works when our government is functioning. How will it work in the current political climate?
Take some respite and ease that sadness in that you see the falsehood and don't play along. All change begins inward.
The more people realize the equality all living beings have - we still have to work on humans - the more we can live in reality instead of a distorted idea in opposition with reality itself.
The power still resides in the the citizens of America (also read as constituents to politicians who'd like to keep their job). If this issue became a focal point for the president, and thus a significant portion of our populace, politicians would have no choice but to acknowledge and push for some sort of satisfactory resolution.
That police release the names of the innocent and do perp walks as a form of intimidation. I don't think that is right.
I don't think its right if others do it either but somehow I have little sympathy for a cop that shop an unarmed kid in the back.
Any streaming links covering Obama's presser?

I would like him to condemn the police actions, make a statement about the scenes in Ferguson looking like a scene from Fallujah, condemn militarized policing, condemn arresting members of the press and shooting tear gas at them while stealing their camera equipment. What would you like him to say?
Man I've deleted so many facebook friends today:
What Watch Dogs can teach us about the situation in #Ferguson
Neither do I.
The problem is, that may not be the cop. He may not even be in the same precinct. Anon isn't sure.
Again, see the Boston Marathon Bombing to see how vigilante internet justice can go wrong.
Obama has always been passive and lots of issues and has allowed situations to fester and only acts after shit got worse overtime.
The fact that we aren't even certain that our own President would speak out against a police department essentially enacting martial law in one of his own cities speak volumes about how deeply rooted all this complacency over misconduct has gotten.
I just saw that. I would love to say I'm surprised. :/Oh fuck you, Polygon.

He's a lame duck anyways. And if he's still worried about giving Fox News fodder than he's a idiot.God forbid if he ever came out and took a stance on defending Michael Brown. FoxNews would be throwing "even the President is an angry black man!" so damn fast.
Oh fuck you, Polygon.

Press taking it personal.MSNBC just showed the reporters getting tear gassed then showed the police taking their camera equipment down. I Didn't think that would make it to the T.V.

MSNBC coverage has been perfect the last 12hrs.MSNBC just showed the reporters getting tear gassed then showed the police taking their camera equipment down. I Didn't think that would make it to the T.V.
They've been on a roll lately, haven't they?Oh fuck you, Polygon.

Obama's approval rating about to crumble to the ground with his upcoming remarks...
I fully expect him to say a bunch of stupid stuff like "be patient as we go about investigating this matter." It's been 6 fucking days dude. We should know who the cop is and why charges haven't been filed against him. If this cop gets off the hook with this shit...I'll be so pissed off.
Wow..fuck them for real.Oh fuck you, Polygon.

@TheAPJournalist: #BREAKING: Twitter has suspended @TheAnonMessage, which had released a name of who they claimed was the #MichaelBrown shooter. #Ferguson

I agree. Waiting is no longer an option. Something needs to be done about this because at this rate, it is only going to get worse. People are already getting hurt. I can't imagine what will happen if someone were so severely injured during this protest that they were to die fighting this. Things are escalating very quickly and I can't imagine any of this easing up unless something major is done.
Good.

Is Obama's press conference ET or CT time?
Good.
Is Obama's press conference ET or CT time?
Here, and probably at the whitehouse.gov or the whitehouse youtube channel. Thanks for the heads up about the presser btw.

Well, big things are going to be done today. The County and local PD is likely being removed completely. But it'll be interesting tonight once the protesting starts, and how the state PD handles things.
The same citizens of America who have stalled the entire country on immigration reform are the people who are totally fine with what is going on in Ferguson, I highly doubt you'll see much happen.
