I graduated college, now I work in a grocery store as a "supervisor" (aka I give breaks and have to help everyone bag) and pretty much haven't seen anyone I went to college with in over two years. And there's really no job opportunities for an English Major.

Smash 4 is pretty much the only thing I have to look forward to at the moment. Once I pay off my student and car loans, I guess I might try Graduate School if I can get in, but I barely feel that intelligent anymore and I don't think I could handle it.

I used to have the same feeling, so try to look for some bad dissertations that you self esteem will come back! It worked for me ;-)
(and for me is even more hard, because I've studied Math in college and now I wanna study humanities)

This one had no comment but it's funny how it all started (actually, the first PotD had no comments at all from Sakurai, feels weird when looking at the posts).

It's amazing how different PotD is now from what it was then. It started off just as a random screenshot. Then a screen shot with a comment. Then eventually it gradually went from that to actually being a piece of information each day. It has pretty much become the Dojo. A lot of that probably has to do with more of the game being finished and finalized. I also get the feeling that Sakurai just loves sharing the details of his games when he can.
