I miss edge so much.
Watching his doc right now, and damm, it feels like they wanted one of the shield guys to be the new edge, but no one can be edge again. Reigns with his spear and the walking to the crowd is such a copy, but its just not good enough

GOAT.

If they really want Cena to avenge this loss, I think they should have just had the ref call it. Makes Brock a total monster, and Cena never would have actually quit.

I think, like many, this is all for Reigns. They're building the rocketship to take him to the moon at Mania when he beats Brock. Too bad he's dull as shit.

Edge was god tier during the Edge/Christian era. That Rated R Superstar nonsense was embarrassing, imo.

Cesaro is getting released by Hell in a Cell. They don't need him and can't risk him getting over again, possibly stealing the thunder of Samoan Jesus.

Is he really that, close to being out the door? Damn

Yea...I'll say something with DB then. I think they will relook over roman winning over him. Maybe a Cena win but not Brock yet.

Everyone is saying Brock worked safe but he looked damn stiff out there. Not NJPW stiff but stiffer than anyone else in WWE.

Hard to see where they go with here with Brock. They've built him as an unstoppable monster and I don't see anyone on the roster right now with any real credibility to take the belt off him. Roman as was proven tonight isn't ready. Rollins isn't cashing in. Cena is going to feud with Rusev. Orton is Orton. Who the hell else do they have that is ready to beat Brock.

Hope creative is ready to bring some storylines because now they don't have a full time champ to lean on. Better start building that mid and upper mid card.

Great card tonight. Made up for a shit tier Battleground and a mediocre build up to SS.

Ambrose Rollins waa match of the night. That feud is the best thing they have going right now. Both guys are main event stars in the making I just hope WWE doesn't screw it up.

Bryan is the only guy over enough and also skilled enough to have the kind of match where it's believable that he beat Brock. Roman with his jumping clotheslines and theatrical signatures would look like a complete joke against Brock.
But Bryan is injured with no timetable. So I don't know.

Overall a really good show, and I loved the main event. I will complain bitterly when Brock actually does lose to Roman but for tonight all is well. And maybe he'll keep the title for 22 months anyway.

His thirst for the world heavyweight champ was some of the best WWE I ever seen.

When he started doing his thing with Randy I stopped watching tho.

But cena v edge, matt v edge, and edge v undertaker were legendary rivalries.

He needs to insure his future movies will do well.

If it was just a matter of money, that man wouldn't work a day of his like again and wouldn't have for the past four years. He wants to continue being successful and being the best. Can't be the best when your movies don't gross as high as they were expected to.

Can't have people thinking 2012-2013 was just a fluke for him due to being in a series of high profile movies that would've done just as well without him.

Lol give me a break man.

You really think he needs to go back to wrestling to get the best acting jobs ? Lmao

What deal with Daniel Bryan right now. Is he in rehab?

There's no on in the WWE who can believably fight Brock Lesnar, win a match, and not have it scream LOLPROWRESTLINGISFAKE.

No one.

Curious to see how they get around that problem.

this will get some usage

As much as I love Bryan, I think the person to beat Brock needs to be a first time champion. Bam, instant upper card credibility for the next 5-10 years (and can pass that cred onto other people who challenge him and win).

I don't think it should be reigns, though. Maybe Cody?

Rocky 3 guys

Cena is going to train harder then he's ever had to before, go the distance and beat the beast

I'll be more impressed if that doesn't happen

I was watching the Brock-Cena match and cackling with delight, because it was amazing to see Cena take that kind of beating (and props to him for being willing to do that). I kept waiting for the inevitable CENA WINS LOL moment, but thankfully common sense prevailed. My guess is Batista is up next, as they can work his "I only came back for a title shot" complaint into the storyline and give it to him.

If Cody beats Brock for the title, I want to be perm'd from Gaf so I can celebrate in peace.

Unless of course, they make him a face, and then the crowd just doesn't care
I would hate that. I hated he came back as a face. WWE need top heels. And Brotista is basically the only one who generates heat. Besides, I don't think fans are going to forgive him. He needs to stay heel. Turn him face, and there are two results, he either gets hated anyway, or both him and Lesnar are shit on. At which point, you've basically screwed over Lesnar and lost the only big heel you have left aside from Triple H.

This is really what Lesnar should have been booked like back in 2012. Come in as a monster and slowly become human before finishing up.

Instead, dude loses to Cena, loses to Triple H, and then can't beat Triple H or CM Punk without Heyman's help. Now all of a sudden, because he beat a 50 year old frail looking Undertaker, he's squashing Cena and a monster. I'm genuinely curious where WWE go from here. Lesnar can't even generate heat on his own.

I'm conditioned to believe Cena will make him his bitch within a couple of months. There's going to be some redemption from this squash match for him.

People keep saying that we're gonna get Roman no matter what...

I remember last year people saying we were getting Batista/Orton no matter what too.

Think I'm gonna wait and see

Big Show or Mark Henry my friend!

I think Ambrose could have a good shot at it if they play up his hardcore roots.

That's their biggest problem. If they really are building to Reigns, they have a ways to go. He looks like a cartoon character.

Not getting the love for the main event. 16 Germans and two finishers. Cena lost, sure, but the match was the worst of the night by a mile. Bork got out wrestled by Stephanie, ffs

They have an excuse for Lesnar losing back then(which they used for the Cena fight), this is the 1st time Lesnar has ever been 100%

Dean Ambrose is the one who can do it, make it believable, and get a pop while doing it. Ambrose is a face that can cheat to win against Lesnar and I think the fans will still cheer for him.

The only people who could have done it are Bryan as the ultimate underdog using his skills to the max or Cesaro as the closest to Brock's physical equal in size, speed and strength. But Bryan is injured and Cesaro is stuck in the midcard, so neither are viable.

Its gonna be Roman Reigns they even established he can't be beat with finishers tonight.
