Please don't let Brinstar be the only Metroid stage on 3DS... :-( I like Brinstar, I really do, but we've basically gotten it four Smash games in a row. There are so many interesting settings in Metroid, it'd be a shame to reuse the same stage long after it's lost its luster.

Hey, I just realized: I called a 3DS stage tonight. While it wasn't the focus of the pic, there is in fact a new 3DS stage there, which means my PotD prediction came true for the first time. I honestly thought every single one of my predictions would be wrong.

I seriously doubt Brinstar will be the only Metroid stage. I think most franchises will get at least two stages, with big franchises like Mario and Pokemon getting multiple. To give franchises like Metroid and DK only one stage, and not even an original one, would be baffling. It's certainly possible, but I don't expect it.

yeah, alt costumes are totally as time intensive as a new character or something

I think you can probably expect a Little Mac alt of this sort but I don't think Falcon has ever taken off his shirt and who knows what's going on with Snake now. These Zero Suit alts are references to canonical outfits not just excuses to show extra skin.

Shirtless Link from Twilight Princess, Swimsuit Snake from Peace Walker, Boxer Shorts Captain Falcon from F-Zero GX (It's technically Blood Falcon, but it would work.) Take off Little Mac and Mr. Fit's tops. Put Ike in a damn speedo.

Bam, all done. (Though, now I'm ever more mad about no Chrom. We could of gotten his swimsuit! :/)

Call me a buzzkill or whatever, but I don't like these alts. It doesn't sit right with me for Samus to be so exposed. It reminds me of the countless parody pictures of skimpy female armour in games.
