There's bad eggs in the crowd that are trying to cause bigger issues but how the Police are reacting are a huge issue and with how insane they are acting that's the cause.

What people are saying is that indiscriminately firing teargas and rubber bullets into residential neighborhoods, violating people's right to protest and freedom of press is disgusting, completely their fault and making things much much worse than they would be otherwise.
Most of those people are watching this and saying "I told you so" at this point, I imagine. Most libertarian types seem to break with neocons in actually condemning police militarization.

That second video was nuts. Sounded like a lot of shots were fired at the police and that richochet sounded close.

Unfortunately the infamous bank robbery in North Hollywood California forever changed law enforcement where they were massively out gunned. Thus they had to equip for potential further events.
I'm sorry, but I take a middle of the road approach with racism until proven, and in the cases where it does happen, it comes from all races. Not just in law enforcement, but everywhere it can happen. Racism sucks, but apparently some people haven't evolved beyond that point in our society.
There are officers of other skin colors out there you know too, and they would be doing the same thing. And in the face of situation of how the State Police were handling things, they're following orders from their Captain, who isn't white.
And like that lady said in that VICE video, there's good and bad cops. That's like that for people of every profession.

But Johnson seems to think so. Really, when the guy put the cones in the street...I was thinking to myself...why not just remove the cones with a good 10-20 men. 1 guy could do it and 9 or 19 could watch. The problem is how do they get to the bad elements in the crowds without dispersion methods? It's an issue of tactics. I do believe rubber bullets is way too excessive to be used indiscriminately.
Also, it's important to remember protests happen during the day and yet the police do not react violently to those demonstrations. It's only at night when provocation occurs that they feel the need to react from what we've been seeing.

I've only a small idea of what's happening now, but I fully believe the reports of them rolling around randomly tear gassing people. This disgust me. Sent all the press to "Media Zones" and are just going all in right now. Pure revenge on their behalf.
I think that the people shooting are terrible and holding the entire movement back...but the cops are making it extremely hard not to emphasize with them right now. Their neighborhoods are under siege.
All of this to protect a fucking murderer.

You're right. I was grouping all protesters when I shouldn't have been. The vast majority seem to be peaceful. That being said... this is really, really bad. It's getting worse.

He was really giving the story of the protesters' struggles before tonight. Now he seems to be glossing over all the bad stuff and trying to make it seem as if things went well tonight. He's focused more on the agitators, which is good, but forgetting about the police actions, like them basically gassing whoever was in that neighborhood, even if they were running away.

A lot of those same people who were all in on the Bundy Ranch incident and claim to hate big government/police will character assassinate and make excuses for the police as soon as it's a black person. They will try to justify the actions of the police in any way possible because they're racist assholes who dehumanize minorities and think it's always the minorities who provoke things and deserve to be shot or brutalized. Nah man, they hate the police. Just checked their sites and All their reporters and conspiracy people are at ferguson reporting on the Police State and Racist Blacks Rioting. Hell, we had people linking here to the Alex Jones live stream a few days ago.
If anything they are blaming this on Obama and how he supposedly is encouraging black people to do this and take our guns away that way.
