TGS had that next Gravity Rush trailer though which came from nowhere. Really want to hear more about that.

Ys PS4 isn't officially a thing yet. It's less of a thing than Pokken, and that isn't even a thing yet.

Yeah it was mostly PS4 UI and the Phone app then some footage of Knack(with very good translator dub) from what i remember and that Gravity Rush 2 teaser.

Don't suggest such things! It makes my heart go pitter-patter just to imagine it! One could make a great case that it'd be good for business, though, and since Sony has gotten plenty right the past few years I'd like to at least hope someone might be smart enough to make this work. They gobbled up resources for Bloodborne in a somewhat similar manner.
Not a tales fan, but for some reason I blanked on Persona 5. Super hyped for that, but didn't think it'll appear here.

Other than the pre-TGS one, if memory serves me right they also had one that focused on the Asia region alone, such as the announcement of the localization of various titles for the Chinese-speaking market, such as Akiba's Trip, Danganronpa 1 and 2, Soul Sacrifice and more.
Of course most of GAF were pissed because there weren't a lot of new announcements, but that was what it was. A separate conference meant for Asian gaming and IT journalists and gamers like myself.
Was pretty pleased with the support they are showing...now if only they could stop giving us Chinese/Japanese only titles for the Asian markets...some of us speak English too you know...if there's a English version, why not release Eng/Chinese/Korean edition for Playstation Plus all at the same time?

The NIS one will at least happen at this event or TGS. They've already confirmed that they'll be revealing their PS4 game at TGS.

Technically this could mean it could come out on Feb 2015 like they did with Catherine. Iirc they usually reveal the game 4 months before release but who knows what they do this time. They should definitely reveal it at TGS or this conference.

About half of this is actually likely. The rest is possible. None of it is actually unlikely, except the Tales thing since Zestiria isn't even out yet.

The Last Guardian to be re-revealed as a Neverending Story action jrpg. The kid will be Atreyu (Wander) and Colossus cat-bird is Artax (Agro).

Yeap, I don't have much interest in The Last Guardian, but Persona 5 in the other hand, might be my most anticipated game.
I also hope that ATLUS announce they are working on console SMT or something.
