Wow. I've been out all day and I just saw the leak. What's the consensus? Have to say if it's a fake, it's a DAMN GOOD fake. Those fresh looking renders look really convincing. I hope it's real because I want to play as Duck Hunt Dog. Not to mention Shulk.

Im #TeamFake these just no way, dont think sakurai would lock snake of all people under dlc. placemnt of clones are off doubt sakurai would want to call attention to the clone characters by putting them in there own row, just doesnt seem liek something he'd care about seems like a competitive mindset sorta thing to do. Also i refuse to believe any leak with duck hunt dog as a playable character.. just no no no NOPE!

I'm #teamfake. While those rosters coooooould be real, I dont buy that those are the real css and stuff. I just dont see something of that calibur getting leaked so vaguely and early.

If someone leaked alt costumes or stages or really anything else along with this I could be swayed, but I wouldnt personally leak *just* the default costumes and portraits. If I was going to risk leaking something I'd go all out.

Because even though I'd be happier if this IS fake, the fact that not a single person can source any of the unrevealed characters' renders is a big point in #TeamReal's favor.

I couldn't give less of a shit if I'm right or wrong and will be happy to admit "hey, I was super wrong" if it ends up being fake, but right now the fact that the renders can't be sourced has me thinking it's legit.

None of this is to say that I think #TeamFake is crazy or anything, though. There are plenty of good reasons this could end up being fake. I'm really more on #TeamInTheMiddle, but we don't have that, so...

Duck Hunt Dog is legit as fuck. I've wanted him as a crazy retro character FOREVER.

But he's not enough to justify Dark Pit and Dr. Mario, and also there's no way we're not getting the Ice Climbers or a Rhythm Heaven guy. I believe this in my kokoro heart.

Also that Ganondorf render looks like total trash. The varying quality is so weird. The Duck Hunt and Dr. Mario renders look GREAT but then Ganondorf is this horrifying blob. Not to mention those god-awful "in-game" screenshots.
