If there was actually a prosecutor willing to make the argument it wouldn't even prove that conclusively. Unless I misread something didn't the Ferguson PD take Mike Brown's body from the scene of the shooting and not the coroner's office?
This is why the chain of custody in evidence is so vital and in cases where the police themselves are accused of a crime they shouldn't be investigating it. Given all the events recently the Justice Department should form a special division dedicated solely to investigating police misconduct. I no longer trust them to police themselves.

At this point, until I see it on mainstream media, I'm holding any claims from conservatives about the case highly suspect. Just like the claim that 12 witnesses back up Wilson's story. Absolutely, we spend most of the class watching videos of cops killing innocent people. He's a horrible teacher and a disgusting person, tries to hide his racism but it really slips out of him with idiotic comments. I've tried to get out of that class but I can't, I learned to just block whatever the fuck he's saying and daydream the class off.
The worst part is that he makes these dipshit comments and the class agrees with him, I don't know if they really agree or if they just don't want to deal with it. I live in a border town in Arizona, every student in my High School is Hispanic.
It's High School, most people that age aren't in a place intellectually where they can challenge authority yet.

I hope there is a shit ton of lawsuits. Drive the city so far in debt they have to rename the police station after Brown. That's the only way they're really going to force change.

People seem to just want to jump on these stories with police shootings. And this was a black police officer....

I dont think any person that killed a young kid should be gaining any sort of public funding, Especially since the site will be making a 5% fee charge off of the public funding which violates their terms of service. its crazy how all those people who donated could or would defend anyone with how this whole situation has been
