My biggest problem with New Pork City was that its color scheme was so drab and so muddy that none of the characters read well against its backdrop at all. I have a Brawl Vault mod where the color scheme is brightened and all the background sprites are replaced with the vibrant original ones from Mother 3 and it's incredible how much better it makes it look.
