Raishin is the only one who can as owner, but I believe he said Bnet is broken right now and the button for him to do so doesn't work.

With the increased clan size limit will the admins consider moving members of the lower populated subgroups(like NA East 6) to newly opened spots in the larger subgroups?

Hey man! Yeah, I kinda got a ps4 recently just for Destiny but I'm still pretty heavy into FFXIV. Currently very close to beating Turn 9 with my static. I hope the 6 man raid in Destiny is good, pretty intrigued by it. Hope to see you in Destiny too/

For some of the groups maybe, for other groups like Central we barely have enough for two sub clans, if we let members go to one then the other will have less members. I will open up applications for centrals 1 and 2 for example, I'm sure other admins will do the same.
 
I have a question. I will be buying this game from PSN US(the digital vanguard edition) but I'm from Europe and I usually play on my US account. Can I choose on what server I can play like in other mmos(NA/EU) or are the servers region locked based on the account your playing from?

You can't choose the server and there's no region locking. Everybody plays with everybody.

Was anything ever sorted out with the first EU clan not being officially affiliated with the main DestinyGAF one?

Just wondering if I'll need to re-apply to another or maybe change over to the main clan before launch?

So was it ever revealed that if you leave multiplayer joining open to friends only, clan members can still join? Or is there going to be a setting for clan members AND friends?

Bungie still hasn't said jack shit about how clans will work exactly within the game. On the weekly update where they talked about changes, all they mentioned is that:

1. People will be removed from clans, but stay in the groups. So all they have to do is click again to rejoin their console clan.

2. Cap sizes are increased to 100.


The rest of the information was this PR talk about what they hope clans will achieve. I sent a message asking if they could specify how clans will be implemented, but yeah no word yet if we'll have a clan menu of some sorts.

Geese it would be nice wouldn't it to know less then 10 days out from release. I know they have a bit on their plate but this is a massive feature that i hope gets some love.

I'm not sure about a 5 and 6, you could just retry an application to primary I would see the request straight away and just approve you now.

The clan button? sure is, will be up and running on the 9th according to Bungie. However I can approve you right now to the primary group (not the clan) if that is your name on bnet (Jafo) I see no underscore after the name though.

The clan stuff is borked for everyone.
