The cut in on the middle screen in that shot looks like one of the same cut ins from another screen that was posted before, and they look like they're taken from the 5 person shot that shows on the screens at some points.
Could this mean anything? I don't know how Japan works with their city screen ads, so there's every possibility it's being authentic by playing the same ads on different screens etc. but it could be pointing to party member teases like others have said.
Yes there is. Posts like this betray such a deep misunderstanding of game development. They're not building GTA or Assassin's Creed here and the PS4 architecture is easier to work with than the PS3.
Well, thinking about it, it might be best not to watch it even if it's not from the game.

Later I don't think this game is early 2015 anymore judging by the director's post.

Man now the wait to see gameplay is going to be excruciating. I just HOPE they capture the feel of amazing characters again. I need a viable replacement for Chie, Yosuke, Yukiko and pretty much everyone. I hope these characters don't feel like character swaps.

Or they realised this is one of the best games they could use to advertise the PS4 in Japan...because it's been struggling sales-wise in Japan recently.
A PS4 exclusive would have been the most ideal, but Sony funding a PS4 port is much, much cheaper.

Ehh the characters look older in Persona 3/4 whenever the cutscenes played.
