If you change tiers in the middle of a kotr do the rewards change? I'm about to finish leveling my URpro Hogan and once he is maxed i'll be in epic tier kotr.

No, you can't do that. The tier bar won't update after you enter.

This can work to your advantage, though. I try to always enter a KotR right after combining max cards so that my new pro card can grow but my competition is still balanced to the unleveled card.
Edit: For reference, I just started my first epic tier KotR. I lost my very first match due to having an underleveled Andre. I immediately leveled him up as fast as possible and am now leading the bracket at 22-2.

I'm trying something new in KOTR during qualifiers that will hopefully help me not have to grind for energy at all until the actual bracket. Well I'll probably grind a couple times before I sleep.
I'm putting my commons in the tag spot for the entirety of the qualifiers and switching my solo cards after every match. It's worked out so far. I'll put in my entire deck before I go to bed though.

Regarding Legendary KotR, saw some interesting info on the forum. Someone said that the moment he went in with a Pro Legendary, he started facing them aswell. And when he had 2, he'd see opponents with 2.
So there could be several Legendary Tiers. And I might just avoid those by using the same team I am using right now. I'm up against UR cards at times, it is so easy.

It's percentage based. So entirely random. The higher the rarity of your card, the better chance it has to trigger.

Yeah, always beats the basic rare. It's nearly 2 cards in 1, for a single slot. Extremely worthwhile.

You have to make sure you level your pro cards properly, otherwise they just end up being shitty.
I'm dreading the moment a Legendary John Cena drops, or if I win 2 epic Cena cards from this KOTR I'm in.
I was still running a pro rare Batista when I hit Epic. Just about to replace him with a Pro UR Bork Lazer.
First of the finals now. Lose my first Match in the entire KotR. 1-1 now. I guess it was against his double Legendary Tag Team.
And I won. Only way he can beat me is through that tag team, but that is just a single game.
I wonder if he is even going to try anymore. After 5 matches he should get the point.

He may as well try, for all he knows, you might not be actively managing it now and with energy out the wazoo and boosts, he could fluke it.
Second semi in 7 minutes.... I have to fluke it myself now. My tag is a guaranteed win and the divas is a guaranteed loss. If Epic Shawn comes out again UR Rey, I'm good, but it depends on the random AI.
Not doing another KOTR now until I get to pro my Epic Steph.

Just finished maxing out my 4th SR pro Andre. This shit is getting ridiculous.

I'm a failure and dumped out at the semis. My own fault, my bench isn't all commons, but a maxed out UR and SR pro just to get me over the line for epic tournaments. Steph should help get me over the line with a full common bench... And hopefully, this Epic turns out to be another Orton.

My guess is they want to fill up the Card Catalog. Since the only way to do that is with Pro versions of each card, the fastest way is to win pairs in KotR.
Either that, or a team filled with non-pro Epics and a random legendary with commons on the bench would drop down to high level UR, and winning that will net a UR pro which will be better than the epics.
EDIT: Fucks sake, it was epic Cameron. Last 3 KOTR rewards have been divas.

Yeah, I was until I got to Epic+. Then I won UR AJ Lee doubles from KOTR, next KOTR was Epic Stephanie McMahon doubles and now Cameron.
Wish I could do trades, with how rare the top tier divas come up (until now), I'm sure I could probably get an epic pro from someone desperate.

I'm in Epic++ in exhibition. I still need a left orientation and a diva... at least I have a pro SR left but I never use it at this point. I just have to accept that I'll almost always lose diva matches and concentrate on the others.

Just now got a card to a stat over 1,000 for the first time:
Got Leg Pro Chris Jericho. Entered the next KotR already but had to level the new card to hit Legendary Tier without having UR's on my bench. Not sure if that was the best way to do it but whatever.
Not too happy with Y2J. Already got a shitload of Left alligned cards, and now I -again-, can't get the Tag Team bonus./

Ugh. First somebody complaining about too many divas and now too many left aligned cards. I REALLY need both of those right now.
Edit: I haven't watched more than a few minutes of wrestling since Eddie died. Is the 619 really Rey's finisher now? It's REALLY stupid for an offensive move and was MUCH better in WCW when it was just a good way of throwing off the opponent's timing.

Rey hasn't been on TV most of the year. And he is in a contract dispure with WWE. The most likely scenario is Rey is done with WWE and heads back to wrestle a few more years in Mexico with triple A. Then he'll get inducted into the WWE hall of fame and that will be it.
Also the 619 is stupid right alongside the bronco buster. Both shitty stupid moves that I hate.

You might have just gotten an unfortunate bracket. If you can't benefit from SR at all, just keep doing UR until either you break through to the finals or you get lucky and get a matching UR.
Edit: Also, from what I can tell, you receive less experience from two cards if you train one into the other, but more if you combine them. I've only done one test each on these so I'm not 100%, but if the experience is consistent then it looks like you should always combine lower leveled cards when possible before feeding them to a higher card. If this is right, then it might be worth waiting on feeding any rares or above until they're combined to maximize experience gained. I'm not sure yet about how to maximize experienced gained overall when waiting on finishing a KotR to feed whatever you win, but for now, my plan has been to just use any obsolete max pro cards first and then any other high-level cards that I've fed that are either pro or whose pro I already have in my catalog.

Haha, well you never know. The last KOTR I played, I got steamrolled during qualifiers by this one guy that I swore was going to take the tournament. I ended up beating him in the finals though. I made one little change and it won me the tournament. I actually haven't lost a tournament yet.
Yeah I'm really hoping I don't get another diva card. Though it has really helped in this KOTR. I haven't had to use energy on a diva card yet. Well I haven't had to use energy cards at all really.

So I was up 3 games over second place with 2 games left so I decided to switch in my bench... who promptly won the next game. I'll probably lose the next one, but wow. Now I'll be able to start the next round with full stamina , 5 stamina boosts, and 5 of each stat boost. That way I'll either get a pro epic or I'll get an UR support card, both of which would be an upgrade. I'm REALLY hoping for pro epic Naomi, as that would probably last me until near the very end and probably send me into legendary immediately.

Aaaand my bench just won again. Holy crap. So now my fully rested, fully boosted team is going into the first round. I really hope it goes well.
Edit: Oddly enough, the team my bench won against is actually the 8th seed, so it's likely that I'll be going up against him or her next. If he or she doesn't use any stamina boosts (all the cards I faced were at 0 stamina), I should be able to win very easily.

In my first UR Kotr atm. My squad is SR Pro - Swagger/Show, ADR,Bray with SR Cameron.
I was rockin ADR/UR Hogan with bray/show doin solo but the number 1 seeded guy has an epic solo and legendary diva. All that may have been for nothing though, since he just lost the first match of the round to seed 8 because his fighters are half stamina.

Now I'm onto the semis where I think my Cinderella run is about to end unless I get really luck and this next guy doesn't use any energy or boosts since he has much better cards than what I'm working with. Yeah unfortunately the UR Vince will probably be useless unless you get his match. Pro SR Vince is better than UR Vince.
Edit: Yeah I totally wasted those boosts on the first game because my 8th seed opponent has no stamina in any of his/her wrestlers. Oh well. I'll just keep collecting picks for now and go into this second match with less than full stamina. I have a couple hours before the second round of the tournament starts so we'll see how everything goes. I'll probably be asleep for the championship round if I make it that far, but I'm not too worried about it. I figure there's very little chance of me winning without a better diva.

They should really let the user micromanage the kotr matches more. Each match happens at 6m/3m/0m, around a minute and a half before each one they could let the user choose which specific fighter they want for that match(with them postin what stats are important for the match like exhibition). If the user doesnt pick a guy, it defaults to w/e their prepicked lineups are.

Congrats! I'm now in the second round. I'm squaring off against one of the only 2 people to best me in this KotR for round 2, but looking at his cards, my lineup is MUCH better aside from the diva slot, where I'm prepared to take a loss. My only concern is that I don't have the tag bonus, while he does. However, his tag team is SR Pro Vince and UR Pro HBK, while mine is UR Pro HBK and Epic Macho Man. I'd have to do the math, but I'm pretty sure even if both of his moves proc and mine don't and he uses his support card, the tag bonus wouldn't be enough to make him win. If that's the case, it's impossible for him to win as long as I stay completely boosted, which I have plenty of boosts for.
