$90 on US PSN. I ended up buying $90 of PSN credit on Amazon US, applying it to my account and preordering on PSN for PS4.
With whatever my credit card company decides the exchange rate is, plus my credit card's foreign currency transaction fee, it comes out to £57-£60 for the Digital Guardian Edition, which would otherwise be £85 on UK PSN. It sounds like a lot but it also includes the expansion pass, which is the first two bits of DLC I think.

GAME is really crazy. They just sent me an e-mail and it says:

Why do something like this? Are they unable to create one e-mail for cancellations done by the customer and one e-mail for cancellations done by GAME?
Do you know that the LE will be available at your store? If not, then order now. You can always cancel.

Typically the awareness of upcoming new games at Game Mania (the chain that will likely sell the First Print Edition here) is extremely low, unless it's some FPS on PS4 maybe. Go there a week beforehand, and they are still clueless. Hyrule Warriors being a notable exception as that is sold out already. So if I go there now, it's likely not in their system for another month, and they just tell you to come back later.
They also have Batman Arkham City Armoured Edition (Wii U) for £5.
Tempted to get this, it seems like really good value, but the games are probably a bit too similar for my liking... Would probably prefer Halo + Sunset/Fifa

Expected though, their website updates in the morning if I'm not mistaken. The CE announcement was at midnight yesterday, so if they added the listing to their system today, then the earliest it can go live on the website would be tomorrow.

When there's a special edition though, and especially with Nintendo special editions, they're often the cheapest. So unfortunately we'll have to bear with it

Sounds a damn good price for a brand new top 3DS Nintendo game tbh. You might shave a quid or two here and there with a code at some place, but £30 for this is a solid price really.
Should be fine, it's a soft bundle that GAME are putting together themselves with funding from Microsoft. Destiny is definitely a standard copy of the game. I suppose it's possible that the Master Chief collection could be a promo copy as stores need to log each sale of the bundle to make sure they get the correct amount of MCC in stock for its November launch, but I imagine that's just to ensure they have enough stock to cover preorders/this bundle/walk ins as oppose to them saying 'we need as promo copies'.
So yeah Destiny definitely fine, MCC almost definitely fine as well.
Yes. A PS+ account on PS4 gives its benefits to every other account on the machine, so if you want the US game collection or to save money, you can do that while still playing on your other-region account.
Has anyone else started having bad experiences with Amazon lately now that they have switched to "Amazon Logistics" for the free shipping? They failed delivery of my Danganronpa 2 yesterday, and because they don't have depots, all I can do is get them to try again today - and they say if it fails today then they'll cancel the order and refund me and I'll have to reorder! Such bullshit.

Well, I don't know the specifics about why your delivery failed yesterday and why it would fail again today. Sounds like they would already have tried twice to get the product to your door if it would come to that. Maybe Amazon have some automatic mechanism or something that triggers after 2 failed deliveries? It probably costs too much to just keep on trying.
Anyway, you should try to do the same thing (having them try to deliver again today after a failed delivery yesterday, then having your order cancelled and having to reorder) with the likes of GAME or Zavvi. So while perhaps "somewhat semi-bad" you could've been off a lot worse. ;-)
I've had some problems for larger packages, but they just post small ones through fine.
By the way, you might want to not use Amazon if you want games on release as soon as possible.

One of my figures from amiami got held up there once, took about 3 weeks for it to reach me. The best thing to do is what was mentioned above; contact Royal Mail and keep an eye on it.

Zavvi.es won't let me cancel my order of Bayonetta 2 because I used a 10 percent of voucher, but it did not have a minimum purchase amount so I don't know why this applies. I bought Mario Kart 8 with it, which has shipped.
