Diablo has taken over my life,
What class are you playing? I have a Monk, and a Wizard. Probably going to start a Crusader after I finish Xillia 2.

Luis Royo version. It's been floating around since SDCC. A bit pricey.
I love Batman Beyond's Rogues Gallery so much more than Bruce's.

You just love Mad Stan.
Crusader is where it's at. Just started a wizard
I feel like Mad Stan when I play certain games.
Wow that's amazing work. I'd tip him more tooOk, first thing ill post is this amazing commission from Brian Level. He did inks for Lazarus and does interiors for a small indie called Brothers James. He is local and I asked him for only a 9x12 of a heavy black silhouette of Batman and he was only going to charge me $40. When I picked it up it was far above my expectations so I gave him another $20. He spent close to 2 hours on it. I dont think the pic does it justice. It pops so much.

That's great work and very nice of you to give him more than he was asking for.
Diablo 3 peeps. I play on PS4. I am a Female Wizard. Come wreck shit with me.
So I decided to let Ryan Browne draw whatever the hell he wanted for my commission and was I ever rewarded by this decision.
This is the greatest thing ever, look at that Kirby Krackle!
He also drew in every book I got signed and gave us packs of American Gladiator trading cards.
My wife got an original page from Skottie Young's Oz and a hilarious Chip Zdarsky drawing that I'll post later.
All of that is awesome. Ryan Browne sounds like a swell guy.
And Freeza, I know you're king anime, are you getting Persona 4 Ultimax?
You would think, when you see original art from artist on the internet, pages cost 300-600 USD because its going through a dealer. Here at the con, it is straight from the artist. I scored a page from Grant Morrisons Multiversity by Chris Sprouse for only $125. Ill let Tim share his stuff but his wife bought something similar for the same money. OG art at cons is the place to get it.
Ok here is the Multiversity page. Click if you don't mind it being kinda spoilery.

Yea if you like rogue like I doWas it worth going back to?
Oh god that will be awesome. Between that, the dancing game, Q, and 5 on PS4 I'm all set.
Already pre-ordered.
But Persona was a video game first. It didn't become an animu until after it was already an established franchise.
im getting persona ultimax too![]()
Chip Zdarsky drawing and Oz page:
Also thanks to KoruptData for getting my Knightfall tpb signed by Kelly Jones.
I was looking forward to it, then it just suddenly disappeared from any and all release lists. I managed to find it on DC's Vertigo site, but it says it's "Available Now" with a release date of Sept. 25, 2013. lolololololol
Edit: It seems I can't find any concrete cancellation info on it. Everything I see says it's just postponed and will be re-solicited MUCH later. Here's a pic from J.H. Williams III's twitter as to why:

No problem! Speaking of Kelley Jones, here is a con exclusive print he was selling.
He also gave me an inside scoop that he will have a backup story in Batman 35!
Well then. I'll just keep on waiting..............
Both of those are so great. That Zdarsky drawing is amazing.
I hope you guys don't mind that I'm living vicariously through you and your con experience. You both got a bunch of fantastic art pickups.
Everything was so cheap, my Browne commission was only $60, the Oz page was only $100, the Zdarsky was only $20 (it was well worth the $20 to talk to him and listen to he and Fraction banter). The Zdarsky drawing is a result of my telling him to draw whatever, so he drew that bizarre clown for her, it's great.
In almost exactly one month I will be going print crazy at NYCC.

I'm pretty sure even if I did convince myself to go to Long Beach Comic Con, I'd get cold feet and not buy any nice prints or commissions or anything because I'm too cheap. Maybe once I have my own place I'll go print/commission crazy. That sounds like a good plan.
No one want to talk about those panels in Multiversity? Lol
Here is my Grayson sketch by writer Tim Seeley.

I really would like an Amanda Conner commission while I am there. I want her to draw U-Go Girl so bad.
Oh man. That's such a great idea.
Speaking of different artists drawing X-Statix characters, now I want a Jim Lee commission of Doop.

Yeah, I considered not getting a commission after all, but I don't think i can't. the lineup is just 2goodI'm pretty sure even if I did convince myself to go to Long Beach Comic Con, I'd get cold feet and not buy any nice prints or commissions or anything because I'm too cheap. Oh god. Omnibuses...so...expensive. I'm contemplating just not buying any more floppies or trades and just buying an Omnibus every month. This is a fool's idea, isn't it?
I think she stopped doing at-show commissions because of flippers...though she did do some Harley sketch covers to sell at her table at SDCC.
Yup, it's a shame...drives a lot of people's rates way up or causes them to stop doing them altogether.
Absolutely. You won't be able to keep up with anything, and thus you'll need to be exiled from ComicGAF. Sorry.
