I'll admit I still source that Iwata's Ask where he mentioned Villager not being possible, but I always attributed it to Katsuya Eguchi not being a fan of the idea (though I could have misremembered thing, which means i probably should have just re-read said interview...)

The reason I like the credits song is because it had the World Bowser and Super Bell Hill themes.

On my official album it's just titled "Theme of Super Mario 3D World." But the more familiar one I think is associated with the Super Bell Hill level.
Or maybe that one is Title Theme... I know that melody appears lots of places.

Everything else was up in the air to me. I barely even knew who palutena was or why she should be in smash, and i knew little mac wasnt very popular in Japan.
Of course it is.
I have no idea why this isn't releasing worldwide, but I'm sure it's some silly Nintendo logic reason.

They is probably quite a few trophies, some things might be changed between regions for trophies, Ridley is the translator, etc.
It's only 2 weeks so it's not that bad.

I never gave up hope, but I had a cautious optimism about me. It's so good having the one character you want most confirmed first.

Yeah, I think that's the first time we've seen in this series where Sakurai has gone "wow this character wouldn't work at all, sorry guys" and then years later ended up coming up with some cool ideas and making it happen.
Obviously a lot changed since that Brawl post-mortem.
I hope he does another one of those presentations for Smash 4, I want to know more about the development process.
