So, paging through the Grimoire between classes, and I gotta say: there's some cool stuff in here. Any word from Bungie as to the possibility of an in-game Grimoire browser?

Hmm that's odd i've never used PS+ before and it still wouldn't let me use the code so I ended up skipping it and using a PSN card I had to actually buy 12 months of PS+.

I got the White Destiny PS4 bundle and it came with a 1 month PS+ trial.
 
They should of given the Vita 4 actual shoulder buttons and an R3. I don't mind the touch screen, but I'm just saying.

You could always check your time and see if they didn't add it or try entering it on their website.
 
Posting this here as well in hopes that someone can enlighten me.

So while I have purchased (preordered/preloaded) the PS3 Guardians edition and it is fully downloaded and working on my console and appears in my purchase history, when I view the PS3 listing in the Playstation Store (website or console version) it doesnt show as purchased. It even lets me add it to my cart again.

Back when it was still just a preorder, it did show as Purchased, but now it doesnt after release.

What's this crap about? Is this going to mess things up when I try to get the PS4 version tomorrow? The store seems to think I haven't purchased the game. I didnt receive any emails about any problems, everything should be working fine.

I don't see any of the extras I should have gotten on that list besides the preorder offer. How do my purchase/download lists compare to you guys? Does it show the same thing?

Doesn't surprise me from the beta. Bungie seem to be great world builders but poor storytellers.

I haven't played the full game yet, but from the beta, the story aspect was extremely poor. Bafflingly so.
 
Only on level 3 and only have story missions available (I think?). Ran into a few people in the wilderness, haven't partied up with anyone though. I will next time cause the Hard versions of missions are kinda grindy if you are alone. Also AI doesn't seem too hot so far.

Yep, the bounties and drops make PvP quite addictive. I guess we should have expected great multiplayer since it's Bungie but pre-release I really thought that single player would take up all my time and I wouldn't even touch multiplayer. But I'm enjoying it so much I don't feel a huge urge to go back to the single player world and continue shooting bosses with huge HP bars.

Just hit lvl 9 and am amazed that there was no "public game", anytime I see people in the world they are running of in various directions, I have no way to communicate or even know what quest they are doing. If you are lucky you get to do the zone together but then are instanced out for boss fights.

My RL friends are all XB1 or 360, so it is kind of a bummer.

I will have to starting hitting up random people on the DestinyGaf guild lol

edit: just found the set fireteam to public setting, maybe I am the moron
 
I think everyone needs to take a deep breath. I hear a lot of complaints about content and dead worlds and all that. The game has been live for less than a day. Let's all take some time and judge for ourselves before we let any reviews derail it for us. I hear some people say "it's the same as the beta!" Um, yeah, the beta was the first few missions and some side missions/PvP. Yes, you're going to have to repeat those in the main game. Did that surprise anyone?

It goes in one ear and right out the other. Its all a bit vague and doesn't establish any real dramatic stakes whatsoever. Offhand remarks and jargon that don't mean anything to you. Press this button, press that button, what does it do? Who knows? Who cares? Monotone robot pal thing...its bad
 
I thought UPS delivered a mini fridge with how big the damn box was for the Ghost Edition. Didn't think it was that big.

Time to pop in that PS4 version. Looking for other players as well!

Nah I have the same thing, it lets me play fine but has "buy now" below start game. Bought it digitally too.

I'm getting trophies and everything so just seems like a weird store bug.
 
Well, I went and picked this up at midnight last night and only got to level three, since I had work to work on, but I'm enjoying the game so far (and ironically, I ran into some people while doing missions that were at the same midnight release as me)

EDIT: I know in the other thread, I had mentioned that I was getting the PS4 bundle, well...I decided to go with a Xbox One instead, so I'm playing it on that
 
Uh guys. I'm Pretty dissapointed coming from bungie. story is utterly crap and I'm already feeling the repetitiveness of the game. Not good
