PlayStation Network Thread (Vita/PS3/PS4) | September 2014

I just saw my Headset Companion app updated today, presumably with Destiny content. They added the preset to the Golds but not for the Pulse Elites?

Come on!

Wait, let me understand it better. I will not be able to buy PSP games anymore? Or just access the store via a PSP?

If it is the former then fuck it, many games that I planned on buying will be lost.
 
Daganronpa 2's late release in Australia turned out to work better for me afterall. I leave on Thursday afternoon to have surgery and the game would be perfect to play while i'm recovering after.

Hopefully my local EB doesn't end up getting shipments in late like the original.

that SS:Delta post has me really interested in importing it now, are there any good places apart from play-asia or ebay? well i can't find anything 100% certain on ebay since they all say they're chinese language in the description section

I agree that it's definitely worse than redrawn art, but there's something about filtering that's decidedly unretro. What really surprises me is that I didn't hear complaining about Rogue Legacy... That has nearest-neighbor scaling that really stands out in the gameplay itself.

Jak 2 was my favorite Jak game. And even if you didn't like it it's still not a "crap" game.

Still not a crap game. It had some excellent platforming, tons of variety, a good plot, great graphics, sound, ambitious, etc.

I made a very unsettling discovery!

HOLY SHIT! ZHP is actually completely removed from the webstore too. When I dig through my download list online, it brings up a blank page (even Brave story, a game that has been off the store since six months before the vita release still has a page on the webstore). Now the download list location still says that I can download it directly to my vita, but for how long!?!

Any thoughts? this is more than just removal from the vita store...
 
I went all the way through my downloads list to 2012 and can't download ZHP from there. I thought you still could if it had been delisted from the store?

It's an exploit game, so it will surely come back after some time. It's also undownloadable because of that.

Maybe I did some hyperbole there to match the previous comment.

But IMO, it was really bad. Even if it has some redeeming factors (which I don't doubt it has) there is too much shitty stuff in between that doesn't let me enjoy the game. And if I'm going to enjoy 1/4 of a game I prefer not to play it.

Edit: Of course you can totally enjoy it and think it's nice that we have different tastes. I can't understand the reason, but I'm not against it :P

I just downloaded ZHP from the US store from the download list. Got lucky and found it on my list of 1500+ in about 3 minutes. The download list is almost in chronological order but really isn't.

Just purchased a Vita, friends. Looking to get a PSN+ pass as well. Same with a memory card. I know I missed out on a lot of free stuff but it is what it is. Will likely use the Vita on the train ride to and from work. Looking forward to the good times ahead.
 
The current "Hot Deals" sale on EU PSN says it ends on Thursday 12am GMT 11-09-2014. Is it normal that it overlaps the new store update and can I trust that?
 
People are going mad on local boards at BOIR being part PS+. I'm not actually interested in the game but I bet that 99% of who complains hasn't even seen more than a screenshot of that game.

And you said Gaf is bad.
