It's a shame to see that sort've behaviour on even neogaf. I guess it should be no surprise that nerds can be arseholes too.....my last degree course was fifty percent snooty arseholes (which makes even less sense when everyone on the course has the same or similar degrees anyway).

Means you can level to 20 purely through experience. The rest of the levels are gear-based.

Anyone know if engrams still unlock according to your current level? So get an engram at level 1 and save it till lave 15 to unlock it and it will be a level 15+ item? I'm thinking of just holding all of mine until I hit 20 or my gear slots become full.

Put in an hour in explore mode today. Really like that, even though "explore" is a loose term. Experienced my first 6 person team, and had a blast. Really glad I only played the beta for like an hour. Game feels very fresh since I don't really know what ti experience next.

They can't--Bungie removed voice chat from the game outside of fireteams and have been desperately trying to convince people it is a feature. This is the critical loss that is making me waffle on going to pick up my pre-order. They claimed after the beta they were "listening" to complaints about the lack of chat, but they did nothing about it.

I bought a great Auto Rifle from the gunsmith. Green too. It's random when he has greens but I cashed in on it. It was more expensive than his other wares.

Yep. I made the mistake of levelling up to level 14 before doing the Moon missions. Even on hard, the Moon missions are ridiculously easy IMO, especially with Shingen-C in as your primary

Fusion rifle is damn good. Shotgun seems a little iffy, you get way more damage in safer ways with other weapons.

At first he was having trouble with the controls and the sensitivity. Once he adapted to the former and lowered the latter, he got more and more accustomed to the game. By the last hour, he was already saving my ass in many situations. They grow so fast :')
