Seems to be directly ripped from Brawl. In fact, several tracks seemed to be directly taken from Brawl, which is a little disappointing.

All of the unlockable skins for Bowser Jr. have me thinking there's a lot of alternate skins we haven't seen yet -- only recolors/pallet swaps we have seen so far.

When did we get confirmation that the koopalings had to be unlocked for Bowser Jr? Considering Alph ISN'T an unlockable and Olimar and him each only have 4 colors any leak that mentions unlockable alts is just bull shit. The only question for Bowser Jr + Koopalings is do each of them have 4 colors so that you can have 4 Roy's or 4 BJrs in one match? Or are his 8 colors just each Koopaling and if someone picks the Koopaling you want before you can tough luck?

I'm having a hard time with everyone referring to Emolga as male, for some reason I just think of it as a 'she' ( I had a female one in my Pokemon Black 1 team - nicknamed Hit-Girl)

Typically for Pokemon, if it doesn't seem blatant to me what the gender is like Jigglypuff I default to using he.
It saves me from typing a whole extra letter

To be fair that could have changed between the Vaanrose/ESRB leak and the final build, I imagine adding alternate colors is a pretty easy thing you could do last minute.

Except that they're not the same shape, and that you can't substitute an actual tail with hair. Their guns work entirely different (peanuts as opposed to gum), and Dixie's "special stuff" to fly with is her own hair. You can't just take Diddy's moveset and put it onto Dixie. She already will need a plethora of different animations, let alone some entirely unique moves.

Man can you even tell me one character that plays and works exactly as in their game? You are really permissive with Ganondorf, but get into so much detail with Dixie. Just because you care more about the character you shouldn't lose focus. Like Mario and Luigi fireballs go on a different pattern, Diddy and Dixie's could. Hair and tail are the same as long as you adapt the hitboxes (and diddy doesn't even use his tail that much).

A Mario-Luigi in melee level of cloning would totally work. I've playing the Country games and they are not as different as you want to see them for the Smash environment. Stop thinking the Kongs will all behave absolutely like in Tropical Freeze.
