My complaint regarding strikes, from what I've seen so far :

re- using models for bosses in strikes is absolutely criminal in a game this decade. A lot of bosses share the same model rigging and do the same attack as trash mobs.

Fighting a bigger version of the same enemy that's just a bigger bullet sponge won't make strikes very fun to play in the long run.

Pretty much every strike boss is a bullet sponge + adds wave phase repeated over and over again, but some are definitely worse than others. I know matchmaking doesn't guarantee communication or smart teammates but some basic level mechanics in place of or between add phases wouldn't hurt. The Cabal strike on Mars and the Nexus strike on Venus are especially bad.

Sepks Prime was actually a pretty decent fight because of his teleports, occasionally forcing you to move out of where you were sitting. Regardless, it feels like the majority of Strike bosses got very little attention; most resources hopefully went to raids.

no, not sure. just spend an hour farming the lvl 16 strike, got around 8 blues and one epic which all ended up being lvl 20 gear (lvl 25 hunter)

Has anyone else thought of making 2 (or 3) characters for the same class, bringing them both up to Level 20 and then when you complete all the bounties for the day for the massive XP and marks .. vault your gear and weapons and pick them up again on your other character, rinse and repeat bounties to double level up the gear and then swap back (or too a third character)?

It also would be an "easy" way to duplicate the rewards, like doing the Weekly strikes 3 times for 3 characters to get 3x the strange coins or something.

Okay so I don't know what I did to appease the RNG gods today.. bit I just got two blue engrams out of a single chest, and then got a legendary straight after from a trash enemy. Something's up so I'll probably get all greens when it comes to decrypting them.

I just soloed the Daily at level 20 with no Legendary or Exotic gear. The Weekly is absolutely brutal though. Crazy difficulty hike there!

Ha, that's another issue that I have with it.

Not been following the thread but has anybody else had issues with the game not showing as bought on the PSN? I bought the Digital Guardian Edition (UK/PS4), it downloaded fine and it's in my download queue but it's showing as not bought in the Store on the PS4 and online. There's no issue with it at the moment but I'm a bit concerned that I won;t be able to download it again if I ever need to.

Just wondering if it's a known issue for some people?

Darkness areas are private, instanced, areas.

You have to inspect the character and invite them to your fireteam, otherwise you're just a few strangers roaming the wilds together briely.

Can someone explain this Nexus loot farming method?

Do the nexus strike on Venus until you get to the caves part where there a re a bunch of Goblins on a ridge. Kill the goblins, collect loot if any dropped, rinse repeat as the spawn is like 5 feet from the goblins.
