I get the point of a couple drops being for other classes to promote trying something different, but something needs to be tweaked to avoid having the cryptarch feel like a rigged slot machine. I guess leveling him would help, but greens drop as not encrypted, so I can't even level the bastard without getting blue drops which still feel rare.

That's what I thought it was for too but I was with a friend who was 20 already and and he didn't get one. Maybe you also have to have completed the story missions as well since he hadn't.

intellect and discipline hit spots that hunters need

faster cooldown for arcblade and grenades - throwing knives have plenty of perks that ease themselves into gameplay. blink strike isn't so amazing that it beats out grenades for blade dancers.

I swear this game is just trolling me now. Every blue engram is a heavy weapon or a pulse rifle rare. At this point im convinced there is no such thing as a rare scout rifle.

It took me forever to get one of those too and I played the story with a scout 95% of the time. But, I grew to really like the pulse rifle.

Then I find myself disappointed when I clear out all the enemies and the music stops.

Wow...Took 45mins to solo the Daily Heroic because Bungie is dumb not to include match-up.
This is a FPS-MMO, shit isn't hard enough for voice-chat or "teamwork."
Just need to be aware of yours surrounding.

I have a question about the matchmaking. When you drop into a random group for PvP or Strikes does the game put you in a fireteam together? It kind of looks like it does but I haven't ran into a single mic user outside of playing with GAF members. Just wondering if somethings not right on mine as the game is oddly quiet on the social side.

I just finished the first Venus mission, and it has completely soured me on story missions for awhile. There are like 8 waves of enemies that come and come and come. Then it's followed up with a horrible cutscene. Frankly, if Bungie thought this would be good mission design, I'm embarrassed for them.
