Ok seriously WHERE do you get lvl 20 items?

All I find are lvl 17 armor with a bit of light on them or lvl 18 weapons that can definitely NOT hurt the enemies in the lvl 22 strikes.

I don't think you do. You'll find rare stuff with Light added to it but as far as I can tell (only just got to 20 too) item drops are under 20. Of course there are the Legendary stuff to get from Vanguard Strikes and the Crucible.

Beat it to unlock the other difficulties. You can get a total of 12 I believe if you do all of them.

This battle is horrible.

The fight isn't that bad if everyone is working together to clear the mobs quickly and all members of your team now to shoot for the heart and not the head. Make sure you have a fire weapon equipped to burn down the wizards shields so your team can mulch em quick.

Sorry, I've yet to see a legendary engram in the game anywhere and I'm nearly a 24.

Maybe it's the ~1000 hours of Diablo 3 talking, I dunno.

Problem is that you have to get lucky to get an Engram drop in the first place. Also there just flat out isn't enough variety in the loot. So much of it is incremental stat bonuses until you get the Exotic stuff.

You reach the endgame so much faster here, that you smack into a wall and have no way to improve beyond grinding the fairly limited amount of things.

It's...pretty frustrating. And they just went a little overboard by specifically making it so legendary engrams can not only drop down quality, but be any other class, when none of the other types do that.

Actually I got it from turning in a crucible bounty. The weekly was one of my first requirements though.

I think it's just random. I turned in one bounty and all of a sudden it popped up. I had no idea what was going on.

Doing public events
Decrypting blue or higher engrams
PVP
Weekly strike rewards
Random chest drop
