I heard Yellow no.5 shrinks your balls in my early elementary school years in the 80s and it's probably related to that. It was just some meme that spread from one kid to another via cousins, uncles, etc.

Oh yeah, I remember now people saying it about any yellowish drink. But it was crazy with Surge. Whether you believed it or not, you had to stop drinking Surge because if ANYONE saw you with a can, they'd make some comment about your balls or sperm count.

Ahhh childhood. Surge never should of left. I remember that sperm rumor as well but that meant more surge for me. You used to be able to buy them for like 25¢.
