PlayStation Network Thread (Vita/PS3/PS4) | September 2014

GAF tracks your position in threads already. Click the GAF icon on the left side of a thread title on desktop browsers, or the > arrow on mobile GAF (you can set it to go to 'first unread' in the settings)

This isn't exactly tracking your position, it brings you to the first unread post in a thread. It can't track where you physically are on a page, so it just depends on the last post you loaded. For example, if there was a 5 page thread and you clicked on it and read the top 5 posts, then went back and clicked the GAF icon, it would bring you to the top of page 2 because you loaded all page 1 posts last time and it now counts them as read, despite the fact that you only physically scrolled through the top 5.

It is generally perfectly fine, but doesn't solve my main issue and the reason I stick with 50ppp. Didn't know what it was on mobile though, always thought it wasn't a feature there, so thanks for letting me know!

Danganronpa 2 limited edition left the customs! I don't know if it'll get taxed or not, but knowing it left customs is half the battle.

Tried to remote play 180km away from home. PS4 wasn't found. So sad.

Damn, SP customs are fast. I have stuff held for over a month at the CWB one :(

I heard that they still plan on releasing the game.

I hope so

No one would notice and care even if vita version got cancelled

Hey, I would.

OT: At least the GTA sale was worth something, never played LCS and VCS and I am enjoying playing them now. How I wish R* ported GTA3, VC and SA to the Vita, ffs. The older games are...different from what GTAIV and GTAV are. Can't explain it exactly in words, but somehow the funnier moments in the older games are funnier, and I care more about the plot and stuff like that.

I like it when you post things like this because it's so clearly untrue that it makes me think all your other negative posts are also intentionally wrong. It's okay to admit you sleep with your vita under your pillow.

Alright, I'll add FFVI iOS and FFV Android to the mix. Which one of them all should I play?

Don't judge me if I say I want to play FFVI iOS. I couldn't wait for Squeenix to release the SNES or GBA version on the Wii U VC.

Not a chance in hell.

What was the last genuinely 'great' JRPG? SMTIV? It's just disheartening as heck.

I just remembered that I need to finish SMTIV in the other paths, the time I finished I forced myself to finish the game and ended up hating it, even though its quality was very good. Lesson learned, won't force myself to finish other games now.

It's really sad when this is the new standard.

Hmm?

It's an alright jrpg, nothing to special, and certainly not memorable.
It wasn't a bad attempt from CH for a more "serious" jrpg than their usual affair. It certainly could of have been way much better if they put more effort, time and not waste their money on Amano so he can just do a logo.

That's where Japan is heading. I don't know, I can't remember the last time I played a great, truly epic JRPG. I love a lot of games, but it know that my taste isn't shared by many.

Let us all bow down to our Compile Heart overlords.

I actually like their games. It reminds me a lot of PS2 time, when I played a lot of games people deems mediocre, and I still enjoyed it. On the contrary, people made a huge fuss about FFVII, but I just couldn't feel anything special about it.

Then you realized they are one of the few Japanese developers who jumped the next gen train early. Back in the PS3 days, and now on the PS4.

Do you mean, my taste? I thought Demon Gaze was one of the sharpest, most entertaining JRPGs I've played in years, but not a lot of people think that.

The only game I platinumed. I'd recommend it alongside with Danganronpa when people ask me for what games to get on Vita.

gameplay of demon gaze was fine, but everything else just rubbed me in the wrong way.

maybe if it was presented through an existing jrpg ip i was comfortable with, I probably would of had finished the thing
